  Avoid at all costs. I was one of the very first tenants. Original management was great. New management is absolutely atrocious.

  Ramsey was a great help today! I literally walked in not expecting much from touring this property and left feeling highly impressed with the Prescott at Park West. It’s a prime location nearby a lot of stores and restaurants and near the 101. Ramsey was very thorough and detailed when describing all the pros of this property. I left feeling like I’m going to miss out if I don’t apply to live here. I have some decisions to make but thank you for everything Ramsey. Will be in contact soon!!

  The Prescott at Park West is a beautiful, well-kept complex with great amenities and an amazing location—within walking distance to Park West with so many restaurants and shops. Ramsey was so helpful and kind and truly went above and beyond to answer all of our questions!

  I toured The Prescott at Park West recently and had an amazing experience thanks to Ramsey. I originally came in to look at a 1-bedroom with a garage and small yard, and Ramsey went above and beyond. He was welcoming, patient, and extremely informative — even while juggling other visitors. He took the time to walk me through the floor plans, answer all my questions, and even stayed past his shift to help me understand availability and options. He really tried to find creative ways to line up my May move-in timeline with current specials, which I appreciated so much. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in helping future residents. If you go tour here, ask for Ramsey — you’ll be in great hands.
