He was the only consistently truthful individual throughout the entire process and always followed through on his word. He went above and beyond and earned our trust along the way. While I can’t speak positively for the entire company—we did have some difficult experiences with the sales team/mortgage lender—Isaac more than made up for what others lacked in professionalism and reliability. We love our home and can't wait to make many years of memories here.
