This neighborhood is great, back up to the mountain, quiet. Every lot has no neighbor behind. Although due to other family plans that we didn't end up buying a house here, but it would make a nice home for anyone who are looking for a quiet place with good schools. Dominic is an awesome sales consultant. Friendly, Patient, Detailed, Thorough. I had a GREAT experience working with him!

This is our 1st "New" construction home and it's beautiful just like the model. Our construction manager Zakry Landes was the greatest, he addressed all of our concerns no matter how minor.
The sales office was less than perfect. Once we signed the contract communication from the office stopped. When we had problems with the portal website we couldn't get a timely response to fix the issues we were having.
Our experience with PGP Title was excellent "Nikki" and her staff took very good care of us.

I am extremely pleased with my experience as a Pulte homeowner. The home model perfectly matched my needs, and I was particularly impressed with the spaciousness of the rooms compared to other builders. The Pulte team was also very flexible in accommodating my preferred closing date.
I'd like to extend a special thank you to Jorge Garcia, my Construction Manager. He was a pleasure to work with and consistently provided timely updates on every step of the building process.
I also want to express my sincere appreciation for Justin Teich, my Customer Care Manager, who assisted with my one-year inspection. Justin was truly a pleasure to work with. His patient and kind approach made the entire process seamless, and he addressed all of my concerns promptly and effectively.
