- SCSeth Charles C3 days ago5.0This neighborhood is great, back up to the mountain, quiet. Every lot has no neighbor behind. Although due to other family plans that we didn't end up buying a house here, but it would make a nice home for anyone who are looking for a quiet place with good schools. Dominic is an awesome sales consultant. Friendly, Patient, Detailed, Thorough. I had a GREAT experience working with him!

- CBCarol BanksOct 14, 20254.0This is our 1st "New" construction home and it's beautiful just like the model. Our construction manager Zakry Landes was the greatest, he addressed all of our concerns no matter how minor. The sales office was less than perfect. Once we signed the contract communication from the office stopped. When we had problems with the portal website we couldn't get a timely response to fix the issues we were having. Our experience with PGP Title was excellent "Nikki" and her staff took very good care of us.
