Although the community is still under development, it already shows great promise and, once completed, will look amazing. The neighborhood feels welcoming and safe, and the planned amenities are impressive. I am truly excited to see how everything comes together.

We also had ADA compliant shower & low threshold entrys and wider doorways, etc. We had an outstanding construction manager who was and still is always available for us even during our move in process. We are completely satisfied!
- TETim EggermanDec 10, 20251.0We love the community but we have the worst HOA in the US. Weeds are growing on spec home lots. Weeds are growing on homeowners properties. Homeowners are parking on the streets overnight. Several homeowners are emailing the HOA management company. No one is getting a response. Our HOA fees are much higher than any community in the area. We have far fewer amenities than similar communities. We are being robbed by the HOA which is still controlled by @pulte homes. It appears legal action is the only option.
