  The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The office area was always clean and welcoming, and it was a nice touch to have snacks and coffee available during office hours. We required maintenance a few times and they were prompt. Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance for about six weeks during our stay, so we weren’t able to use it at all. It did look very nice, though. The fitness area is quite small, which may be a consideration for some residents. There appeared to be turnover in the office while we were there, so it was sometimes difficult to get clear or confident answers to questions. Some staff members were very kind and helpful — Anthony, especially — while others were less personable. The walls are very thin. We consistently heard the neighbors upstairs, and we occasionally smelled marijuana and cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. One thing prospective residents should be aware of is additional fees. We were required to pay extra for parking, rent payments and trash pickup, and there was also a cleaning fee of approximately $250. These costs add up and weren’t as transparent as we would have liked. Overall, it was fine for the short time we were there, but it wouldn’t be a place we would choose again.

  Office is lacking professionalism. I had issues with rent cafe for payment, a company they use, and they stated basically there are other ways to pay. Yikes....not everyone pays with cash or cashier's check. Therefore, one star is appropriate.

  Property Manager Solara, is very rude to the staff and to potential renters. Other staff members are nice, but following up on applications and approvals lags here. They don’t always return calls. We went somewhere else.

  Warning do not approach!!!! I went to the Mars of the complex to get information about the requirements to be approved for an apartment, after the clerk explained to me all the required details I asked to verify again (because I had a problem in another complex with their requirements) after Alexandra explained to me that I shouldn't have a problem with them I submitted an application and was approved I was required To arrange the insurance for the apartment and the electricity company, all this after I signed the final documents the day before the date of entering the apartment, the manager of the complex asked to present the same documents that the clerk said I would not need and simply canceled my contract and left me helpless the day before moving. This conduct is unprofessional in my eyes and not even considerate.
