  Francisco provides very quick and professional service. Recently he went above and beyond to help with a stuck front door key and then made me one that worked. And Francisco is always smiling!!

  Be prepared to loose your entire security deposit and pay more when your lease is over! If you don’t write down and take pictures of any possible smudge or defect in the property when you move in, they most certainly will when your lease is over and charge you to fix the previous tenants minor damages—no matter how small. I left the apartment impeccably clean. I even shampooed the carpets myself—all for nothing. I still got charged for another company to come in and shampoo it. Also, you will have to pay them money just to pay them money. Meaning, whether you pay electronically or by check, you will be charged an additional fee. They might as well just advertise your rent is increased by that amount ($15.00). Also, your professional response, won’t change the truth about your business practices.
