  Maintenance was the best it’s ever been! Ron stayed and went the extra mile with every fix; he was thorough, and knowledgeable, taking care to make sure the job was done right the first time. Excellent service!

  Been living here for almost 5 years now and honestly we love it. Office staff is great, any one I talk to in person or via phone is nice and professional - they follow up on EVERYTHING in a timely manner, property up keep is awesome and honestly SHOUT OUT to Ron on maintenance! he is awesome- really never have any major issues with the property, and any and ALL problems we’ve encountered, they’re are resolved quickly. That’s my take.

  This is our third year here, and we've had very few issues. In the last month, a few wear and tear things needed repaired, and Rob, our new maintenance man, has been great. He's responsive and takes care of things in a timely manner. He explains the issue and repair plan when asked. He's great with the dogs after introducing them, and we're glad he's here!
