  I live at Verona Park Apartments, and I just wanted to give a shoutout to the ladies in the office, they are amazing. Every time I’ve gone in or had a question, they’ve been nothing but friendly, helpful, and professional. They really take the time to listen and make sure things get handled. It makes a big difference living somewhere where the front office genuinely cares and treats people with respect. You can tell they take pride in what they do and want the community to run smoothly. I appreciate everything you all do, keep up the great work ladies!

  These apartments are WACK ..These low star reviews are VERY MUCH TRUE ROACHES DIRTY APARTMENTS WHEN MOVED IN OBVIOUS WATER DAMAGE THAT WAS NEVER REPAIRED THEY JUST WAITED FOR THE DAMAGE TO DRY AND PAINTED OVER IT OR WAITED FOR IT TO DRY AND NEVER EVEN REPAIRED IT LIKE UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK THE BOTTOM PART IS CAVED IN AND I KNOW THE PEOPLE UNDER US MUST HAVE A SPOT ON THEY CEILING CAUSE WHEN MOVED IN THE WATER LEAK WAS ALREADY THERE....WHY SHOW AN APARTMENT THAT IS NOT EVEN CLEAN......THESE LADIES THAT SHOW THE APARTMENTS ARE YOU PROUD OF YOURSELF TO SHOW THESE DIRTY INFESTED UN MAINTENANCE APARTMENTS....HAVE YOU NO CONSCIENCE.....WOULD YOU GLADLY ADVISE YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO LIVE HERE ??! WHEN MOVED IN I VERY MUCH DISLIKE HOW I TRIED TO USE THE HEATER WHEN IT WAS WINTER THE SMOKE ALARM WOULD GO OFF EVERY TIME (not sure why) The air vents are painted over so you can obviously tell that the AIR DUCTS themselves have NOT recently been CLEANED dog owners bring they dogs to building and don't pick up after them I know someone who moved in around September or August LAST year and still has not received the weight room key or a pool key I know it just keys but very un professional in my opinion anyway THEY LIVE ON THE SECOND FLOOR AND HAVE FOUND TWO 🦂 SCORPIONS IN THE APARTMENT **BE CAREFUL THE SCORPIONS BLEND IN PERFECTLY WITH THE CARPET I MEAN YOU CANNOT TELL ITS EVEN THERE TILL ITS TOO LATE.. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN ON SECOND FLOOR I THINK THEY COMING FROM BEHIND THE FRIDGE WHERE THE ROACHES COME FROM WHERE THERE IS MUCH WATER DAMAGE WHERE THE WATER HEATER IS BEHIND THE FRIDGE AND WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME THE WATER WAS DRAINED MESA HAS SUCH HARD WATER I BET YOU NEVER HUH
