  Just moved here from Virginia, and I absolutely love the place. It's beautiful, well kept and the staff, especially Justin, are amazing. Any issues, though few, are quickly resolved with a great manner. The neighbors have been extremely welcoming and kind, this is the best apartment complex I have lived in yet. Anytime I speak to friends and family, I compare this place to a resort. The community is well informed through apps and emails if anything is coming up, and also has groups to get connected to your neighbors. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a lively home!

  I recently stopped by and had such a great experience.The property was clean and really well kept.The apartment I toured was spacious and felt like somewhere I could actually see myself living.The amenities really stood out too. The gym is impressive and has everything you’d need for a solid workout. Naomi was so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel relaxed and stress-free. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a new place!

  If apartment tours had a fan club, I’d officially be a member after visiting Navona with Naomi. She was the perfect mix of knowledgeable, friendly, and effortlessly funny—like touring with someone you’ve known forever (but who also happens to know everything about the property). The community itself? Stunning. The amenities? Let’s just say I started mentally moving in halfway through the tour. And the location is one of those “get in now before everyone else discovers it” kind of spots. Between Naomi’s great energy and the overall vibe of Navona, this was hands down one of the most enjoyable tours I’ve had. 10/10 would recommend… and honestly, I’m still thinking about it!

  Really loving living here - it’s one of the best complexes we’ve found so far. Management is great and they seem very proactive in fixing things. When we moved in we had a weird buzzing sound with our dryer and although it’s taken time for them to get the vendor out to fix things, it is being taken care of with no impact to our lives. We love how big the gym is and it actually feels like there’s a sense of community here. People have been extremely friendly as well. There were some issues arising with people being too loud after 10pm and management quickly stepped in to introduce an after hours patrol service which I believe has helped significantly. Great place to live though! It is very obvious that management takes great pride in ensuring residents have a positive experience here. They also just introduced a coffee cold brew keg to resident area which has been awesome to take advantage of. Things that could be improved: - building hallways/stairwells could be cleaned on a more regular basis - I keep seeing children at the gym (unaccompanied) running around and jumping on equipment. Would be nice to see some more stringent rules for that. - residents keep leaving sliding doorway areas open at gym and lounge area (allowing pests to come in at any given time). Not sure how to fix that though. - valet trash is non-existent (wish we weren’t charged for this). We normally end up just walking to take our trash out, but when we have left stuff outside of our door it almost never gets picked up. Waste of money in my opinion. - Your paid covered spot will be taken by visitors. Per management we can inform them of vehicles in violation parked in our paid spaces, but the vehicle is ALLOWED to sit for 24 HOURS before it can be towed. If someone is in your spot at night, you might as well just park in any other available covered spot or free spot since the towing policy would also not apply to you for 24 hours.
