  Do not get an apartment here. If you do and family stays over they will tow their vehicles and you'll have to pay $300. 00 to get it out. If you have wifi they will not let you use it. They force you to pay for theirs. They will not fix your apartment if there's mold. They will just cut it out and leave holes in your ceilings and walls. They'll tell you they'll fix it but they won't. They'll put off month after month until a year goes by and when you tell them you ain't paying until they fix it because you're sick they'll make fake paperwork say they served you and you'll come home to locks being changed and then they'll take you to court so you have to fight to get your stuff back. They are rude and they honestly don't value anymore in their community. I just visit my vehicle was only here for 4 hours and it was towed. It wasn't in a reserved parking. Wasn't parked illegally or anything. They do it to make money. This place has a contract with tow company, so they send people out looking. My advice find a different place to live. My friend is moving out when lease is up and they've only been here a few months. This place isn't worth the time or money. It's sad honestly. Really sad

  Be careful when you look up. Their pricing on other websites and rental sites do. Or reflect their ‘actual rates’ as Iceland said. Zillow has 3bed listed as $1569, she said it was $1900+. So beware of false advertising tactics from them

  We love living here! Our maintenance issues are handled quickly. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Wish the pool area and workout room had easier access to the bathrooms in the clubhouse and the gates seem to have issues. All in all, my family feels safe and cared for. What else can you ask for?

  Poor customer service from the front office. They give you a hard time when you try to put in a work order telling you to use the app but if the app won't work they won't help you make it work.

  This place is the most comfortable place I’ve lived in. My neighbors are great and I love the layout of my apartment. Highly recommend.
