  I had a really great experience working with Jose and Dan at the leasing office. They were both very kind and patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, no matter how small they were. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole process much easier for me. They were also incredibly helpful beyond just the leasing process，they helped me figure out moving-related details and even pointed me to places where I could get printing done and take care of other small things. That kind of support really made a difference. Overall, I really appreciate their professionalism and friendliness. Thank you, Jose and Dan, for making this experience so smooth and welcoming!

  I’ve had a positive experience living here so far. Jaime, the Senior Leasing Consultant, truly understands hospitality. He was welcoming from the moment I walked in without an appointment, answered all my questions as a first time renter, and made the move in process smooth and easy. Maintenance within my unit has been quick and reliable. Both times I needed assistance, the team responded the same day and were professional and pleasant. There have been on multiple occasions building wide issues, like the south door occasionally being out of order and some HVAC maintenance since April, but communication through the community app has been consistent and appreciated! 😁 Overall, the staff is responsive and works hard to keep residents informed and taken care of. If you are looking for a place to rent in the Phoenix Mesa area, look no further, submit your application today!

  I had such a great experience touring this apartment thanks to Jamie! From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire tour. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was about the property and how honest he was about everything—from amenities to the application process. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all, just someone who truly cares about helping people find the right place to live. The apartment itself was beautiful, but Jamie’s attitude and customer service made the experience even better. I’m definitely interested in renting here and feel confident moving forward because of how smooth and positive everything was. Highly recommend asking for Jamie if you’re considering this property!

  Living here has been a breath of fresh air. It’s 100x better than any apartment I’ve ever lived at. Management actually cares about what the property looks like and gets things fixed. They’re quit with resolving maintenance requests and don’t let them dwell. I had my door battery start dying and submitted the request, and it got fixed first thing the next morning. More importantly there’s no bugs. That’s hard to find now days. There’s always hot water, and the pool is always cleaned up after mother nature hits.

  Living at Forge Tower in Mesa has been a fantastic experience, thanks to the exceptional team, Yvette, Jaime, and Jose, who are consistently professional, responsive, and truly care about their residents. The location near downtown Mesa is a major highlight, with convenient access to great dining, coffee shops, and events at the Mesa Arts Center, creating a vibrant and connected lifestyle. The High Rise living experience offers a unique downtown feel while still maintaining a clean, modern, and welcoming community we’re proud to call our second home. Thank you and kudos to the entire Forge Tower team for creating such a safe and enjoyable environment.
