  Allen was wonderful to work with. He was confident and decisive and knowledgeable. This was our first home sale and we had contacted another realtor first. We didn't realize how much we were getting the run around until we spoke to Allen who got our house sold and closed within a month! He knew exactly how to price it, what concessions to include and was always available when we needed him. Hopefully we can work with him again in the future!

  Good luck getting ahold of Allen for one.. and the people he represents are heartless.. he will tell you that your offer was accepted on a home you fell in love with..ignore you then find out the sellers are now reviewing another offer and won't let you counter offer.

  Thanks to Allen Willis and his great team of professionals at Ensign Properties I have finally purchased my dream home in Gilbert. I am a very picky person and after almost two years I finally made the purchase. I want to thank Allen for his patience with working with me and keeping an eye open for me the whole time.
