  This is our third year here, and we've had very few issues. In the last month, a few wear and tear things needed repaired, and Rob, our new maintenance man, has been great. He's responsive and takes care of things in a timely manner. He explains the issue and repair plan when asked. He's great with the dogs after introducing them, and we're glad he's here!

  We lived here for 3 years. We had no major problems. The maintenance sucks like most places. However, I'll never forget when our AC wasnt working right. It was 83⁰ in our living room we had it set to 74⁰. He told us it was because we kept checking the thermostat and out body heat was throwing it off. Turns out, the AC just isn't good enough to cool the living room/kitchen area in the summer with the vaulted ceilings. But, whatever other than that example of stupidity and general pissy attitude from him. It wasnt a big deal. We just stopped asking for repairs. Still wasn't a bad place to live. A new management company took over recently. They are plainly, terrible people. On top of that, they are jacking the rent up by about $300. Just don't move here. There are multiple nicer complexes a stones throw away that are cheaper. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

  I went for a tour the other day. The lady and man who run the office may be the rudest people I have ever met. You could not pay me to sign a lease here.

  Charging an extra $200 for paying on the 10th is pure greed. Knowing everyone is struggling with the price gouging. You should be ashamed.

  My husband and I have been living here for over a year now and we have never had any issues. I've seen some people consider it to be expensive but I think it's reasonable for the fact it's a in a great location, very quiet and safe and having internal access garages is wonderful.
