I cannot get through to anyone who knows what the hell is going on, and the just pass responsibility to the last property management company. Beginning to think I’ll need to get a lawyer involved. Also, the front desk has no idea what they’re doing. They double charged all our move in fees and argued with us about paying them. BEWARE

They were supposed to be remodeling apartments with all these modern features but that stopped after about 10 apartments. It's very obvious that the people being moved in for the last 6 months are not the type of people you want as neighbors. But clearly they're catering to the cash only transaction crowd and skipping the criminal or credit check. Also what they won't tell you is all the car breakins here, and the "security" they have literally comes in and drives through the complex once and then spends 45 minutes sitting in the office.Bottom line is it's a "liveable" complex, but the rent has gotten insane for all the crime here.
