  We would have liked to have met with people from Mark Brower Properties upon the tour or the move in. They are highly professional and it’s been an easy experience, however, that would have given a personal touch and made the experience even better. Other than that, would have been a 5 star move!

  I am very happy that I found this apartment complex. While touring other nearby communities, I encountered office staff who were quite unprofessional and unwelcoming (not at The Premiere). I happened to notice The Premiere at Dana Park across the street and decided to stop by without an appointment. Maisy was incredibly kind and was able to schedule a tour for me the same day. I immediately fell in love with the two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout. Upon moving in, I noticed that the garbage disposal was not working, so I submitted a maintenance request, and the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved the issue right away. I also received six weeks free at move-in, which the property fully honored—something I truly appreciate, as not all complexes do. I’m unsure why some reviews describe this community as a “rip-off,” because my experience has been the opposite. I had lifestyle fees due, and Tania actually charged me less than the total amount listed on my paperwork, which showed honesty and integrity in their billing process. I would like to sincerely thank Maisy, Tania, and Vanessa for their kindness and professionalism, and thank you to The Premiere at Dana Park for providing a comfortable and positive living experience.

  For starters, my boyfriend and I are beyond disappointed in the new management. We were excited as we’d previously heard good things about PB Bell but they proved to be incorrect. My boyfriend and I are going in our 2nd year here and we will not be renewing. The management not accessible, both my boyfriend and I have attempted to call and speak to someone in the office several different times over different times of the day or different days of the week and nobody ever responds. A few months back a teenager was shot and killed, just outside our window. Though it was deemed an isolated incident it still has a lasting effect, management decided to hire “security” on the weekends whom we are yet to see. They also installed coded locks on the entrances to the property that do not work, and the incorrect gate code was provided in the (1) email that they sent out about it. There is also 2 entrances where the locks don’t even work? So the safety of the complex doesn’t seem to be a real concern. There is alleged “quiet hours” that are truly a joke. Our downstairs neighbor throws parties at varying times of the night and blasts music, residents stomp and slam their feet on the stairs as loudly as humanly possible. Additionally there are people with “sports” cars that are loud during crazy hours of the night. Finally, the WiFi is a JOKE. I have no idea what kind of crazy 3rd party service it is through but my boyfriend and I are ALWAYS dealing with the WiFi being out that isn’t cheap by any means and not optional either. As someone who is a full time online student it is beyond ridiculous this service is continued when it works so poorly, previous management also stated how much they hated the internet but nothing is done about it.
