- MSmason seddon6 days ago5.0Our new office manager Gwen is one of a kind, some might say she’s even a little old school! While I won’t be renewing my lease here due to the increase in prices, as well as a shooting that happened back on September 3rd, 2025. I will say there was some temptation with how Gwen’s trying to pull everything / everyone back together! She was left with a huge downslide of scattered pieces, but She’s brought positive vibes, big smiles, and has even gone above and beyond in trying to accommodate and help any tenant she can! I truly wish she was around for my full 3 year stay here at the Premie at Dana park, I can honestly say things would be in a much better place if she was! I hope that ownership can realize eventually that not everything is about money, and that raising the rent on a 450 square foot studio apartment to $1,500 base rent is absolutely insane / criminal. I truly believe that if they actually took a step back and looked at the community and what it has to offer and has even been through these last 3 years that they would see that themselves. But sadly I don’t think that will ever happen, but with Gwen leading the team and filling in the manager role this place just might have a fighting chance!

From the very beginning, staff members like David have always been incredibly professional and genuinely polite, which really makes a difference. And since the new management team, including Gwen and another fantastic individual whose name is unfortunately just escaping me at the moment (my apologies!), has taken over, the level of service has remained absolutely stellar. They're all so professional, but more importantly, you can tell they truly care about the residents. It’s seriously impressive how quickly they handle any questions or concerns, always going that extra mile to make sure everything's just right. Property has a nice swimming pool, gym cover parking!! Thanks again Gwen for all your help and understanding!

She is down right amazing!!! She is so positive, happy, funny and full of information! She answered all my questions and I could tell she loved her job! Can’t find many people like that! I want to share that if you are looking to rent at a property where the office staff goes above and beyond to assist, this is the place you should go! The office manager, Gwen, had such a positive attitude…not only about her property, but also about the area Premiere at Dana Park is located in. She took the time to answer all of my dad‘s questions and explain the many options available at Dana point with a smile on her face. At no time did either one of us feel rushed or that we were taking up too much of Gwen’s time…her positivity is a shining example of what we are looking for at a property. Thank you, Gwen!
