  Edit: a few days ago we actually did laundry here for once and the dryer ended up ripping and burning our clothes. We emailed the apartment asking who is responsible for reimbursement and they have not responded for days. This place is terrible! They can respond to maintenance and other emails we send but when there is an actual issue they ignore you!. The laundry place is dirty half the time and so is basically the entire apartment area!!! We now have to figure out how to replace over 300 dollars worth of clothes! Been living here since July. Before we even moved here I asked countless times for pictures of the apartment we were supposed to have since we lived out of state. They told me that it was not ready every single time I asked. When we arrived on the fifth of July the office staff was nice and helpful but the apartment looked completely and I mean COMPLETELY different from the photos they have posted online. The one bedroom was old looking and so tiny that you could not even open the fridge all the way. I’m not sure why these apartments are so old looking for the price but I am shocked especially being from out of state where apts look a lot better for 900/month. I told them I didn’t want it and they did let us move into a two bedroom that looked a little better within the next two days. Staff is nice from the conversations I’ve had with them and maintenance is wonderful but the look of these apartments is wow. (I agree with another review that the lights have been out at night every other night and would love for that to not happen anymore.)

  There’s roaches everywhere people don’t pick up there dog poop even when property managers supply poop bags to pick it up. The whole complex on right side has no out side lights working second time they have been out it’s completely dark as heck on outside right side of property. I also must mention if you want your water constantly turned off do to plumbing issues and apartments flooding and not being able to get ready for work or to go to work this is the perfect apartment for you NOT!!!!! They constantly turn off the water with no warning whatsoever very unprofessional and they want way to much rent for always having your water shut off with no proper notice so tenants can be prepared this is the 3 time within 1 month the water is off for who knows how long it’s ridiculous……….If the water is not off do to all the plumbing issues it’s power outages one of the 2 always happens I can say 2 power outages and water shut offs this month September alone geez.
