    My parents visited The Highlands at Brentwood to inquire about purchasing a home, but the experience was appalling. The front desk agent, Gina Horn, was extremely rude and refused to provide basic information or a tour. Despite their website showing availability, she flatly stated there was nothing for us to purchase. Based on her hostile stares and total lack of basic courtesy, we felt clearly discriminated against due to our Latino ethnicity. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring pattern with Gina. No one should pay high community fees to be treated with such "disgusting" behavior. We will be taking our business elsewhere and filing a formal complaint with HUD’s Office of Fair Housing. Save yourself the headache and avoid this community

    My grandparents have lived here for years. It has been the worst years of their lives. Ill mannered neighbors, bullying management. I would never recommend anyone to live here.
