Buyers beware! Do not waste your money with toll brothers!
This has been the worst purchase experience of my life! I have bought many brand new homes in the valley for over 25 years and my latest experience with Toll Brothers has by far been the absolute worst!
Whatever you do please don’t purchase a home with this builder unless you want consistent headaches and stress! Purchasing a home is suppose to be a great experience and something to be proud of but I would rather be a renter instead of own a home with Toll Brothers! I’m very disappointed, depressed, and sad about this purchase with Toll Brothers!
One of the biggest mistakes of my life!

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful community, and I was genuinely impressed by both the homes and the experience. The homes are beautifully designed, offering a great blend of comfort and modern style. Every space is thoughtfully laid out, and I loved the attention to detail throughout the properties.
A huge shoutout to Jessica Duarte for being such a fantastic sales consultant! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and providing all the information I needed. It was clear that Jessica cared about making sure I found the right fit. Jessica’s professionalism and warm approach made the entire process so much smoother. If you're considering a move, definitely reach out to Jessica Duarte—she and her team will make sure you feel right at home!" Warmest Regards, Future Resident Teresa

If you’re looking for average customer service during your build process followed by radio silence after you close with no resolution to a plethora of problems - this might be the builder for you.
The lack of communication has been an issue from the beginning, sales agents and construction managers do not appoint someone as their point of contact for coverage when they are out of the office, whether it’s 1 day or over 2 weeks.
From our kitchen island having to be entirely reconstructed after close, to drains failing to be installed and drilled out correctly and water lines not being connected which delayed appliance installations and forced us to pay for a second installation, to wavy and warped walls throughout the entire house, and having to have our living room wall torn out down to the studs for over 3 weeks (still not finished) and reframed (Toll Brothers does not believe in straight lines or 90 degree angles - close enough is good enough for them), the poor workmanship and blatantly disrespectful attitude as well as lack of response from our construction manager, Nate, has been entirely disheartening. Something as simple as 3 scratched windows that were reported within a few days of closing were not even addressed for over 7 weeks, however the construction manager managed to neglect to address 2 of the 3 windows in that process. He will avoid multiple calls and texts regarding our wall that has been ripped out and not repaired correctly for multiple business days in a row and not provide us any sort of update on subcontractor scheduling or any plan for a resolution.
I am not one to leave a poor review. We have given Toll Brothers every benefit of the doubt the last 3 months and reached out to multiple people for help, but now that we aren’t getting a response, we are forced to pursue other avenues so our brand new build house can become a livable home hopefully sooner rather than later.
Think twice before going under contract here and definitely get a framing/pre drywall inspection (we wanted to but were told that “as long as it passes their inspection they won’t be changing a thing”) as well as a pre closing inspection. Good luck!
