PLEASE AVOID this place! At first, everything looks great. The property is beautiful, the amenities are nice, and the apartments themselves look amazing. That’s how they get you. Once you actually apply, though, it becomes very clear that the management is completely incompetent and doesn’t care about people at all. Communication is basically nonexistent. Calls go unanswered. Emails are ignored. You’ll never find anyone in the office when you need them. The only time they seem responsive is when they’re trying to get you to apply or pay money. The leasing agent, Cynthia, was confident and reassuring at first — then suddenly had no idea what she was talking about once paperwork was submitted. Simple questions were met with confusion, vague answers, or “I don’t know.” Deadlines were never explained, then suddenly became emergencies that were somehow our fault. I was rushed and pressured to pay a hold fee with less than 12 hours’ notice, despite work schedules and zero prior warning. The approval process was also a mess. I was told I was approved, then told more information was needed, then left hanging for almost two weeks with no updates unless I repeatedly reached out — which almost never got answered anyway. The most frustrating part is that after deciding not to move forward, I am now over 30 days out trying to get a refundable hold fee back. I have followed up multiple times and have barely received any responses — just vague “it’s processing” messages with no proof or timeline. Meanwhile, the unit was re-listed and rented out, so there’s no excuse. Having to chase grown adults just to get MY own money back has been beyond frustrating. This place may look great on the outside, but the management is unprofessional, disorganized, and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. There are way better places that won’t treat you like this.

I should have listened to the other reviews. Every single bad one is accurate. I was fooled by the beautiful property, the amenities, and how nice the apartments look inside. Don’t make the same mistake — a pretty property does not make up for a landlord from hell. This place is all smiles and promises until you apply. Once you’re approved, the mask comes off. Suddenly you don’t exist. You won’t find anyone in the office. They won’t answer the phone. They won’t respond to emails. Unless you’re a potential resident, they don’t care — and even then, it’s all lies. The ONLY reason we applied was because Cynthia clearly stated that deposit alternatives were available. After we applied and were approved, she suddenly acted like that conversation never happened. It turned into “I’m not sure,” “you can try,” “I don’t know.” Zero confidence. Zero follow-up. Zero accountability. It was painfully obvious she had no idea what she was doing. Communication was a disaster from the start. We were approved, then told “we need a few more things, we’ll get back to you in 2–3 days.” That turned into almost TWO WEEKS of silence. Calls ignored. Emails ignored. Nothing. Then, out of nowhere, we were rushed and told we had to come in the same day by 3:30 PM to pay a hold fee — despite the office being open until 6 PM and despite the fact that I was working. We were given less than 12 hours’ notice because they failed to do their jobs and communicate basic requirements. Cynthia’s manager, Joe, is just as useless when it comes to responding. No emails returned. No responsibility taken. We backed out — thankfully — but now it has been over 30 days since requesting our refundable hold fee, and we’ve had to chase them nonstop just to get vague “it’s processing” responses. Still no refund. Still no real answers. The unit was re-listed and rented out, yet they’re holding our money hostage. This place does not care about you. At all. The reviews warning you? Believe them. If your gut tells you something is off, it’s because it is. Save yourself the stress, the time, and the headache — stay far, far away.

This has to be one of the worst places to live. They are getting 0 stars from me if I really could do so. Due to having had a broken refrigerator for 14 days. I had to throw out $300 worth of food along with a medication I had to keep refrigerated that was also an additional $300. When I called the office originally regarding the broken fridge they did not know what to do. They later called me back and suggested I bring my groceries to a vacant unit somewhere across the complex. I had suggested they switch them out but they refused. They were also charged me 3 months worth of a garage even though I turned in the key. To give a proper time line. I turned in the key in August 2025 and my lease ended December 2025. Of course big shocker I was finally credit that by the time my lease ends. In regards to having had a broken refrigerator I demanded with many phone calls to the property manager Joe and his Manager Zach to be compensated $300. To which they were able to do. I asked how much I would owe for Decembers rent and was misquoted $400 more. I have called the office many times to have this corrected and no one is answering the phone. I also called and made multiple complaints with their cooperate office and nothing has been corrected. This complex has the worst communication, urgency, professionalism and lack of competency. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Refrigerator broke- In the beginning of August 2024, while living at this terrible complex, our refrigerator broke. I put in an emergency request for it to be fixed. 4 days. IT TOOK 4 DAYS FOR THEM TO COME FIX MY FRIDGE. Absolutely insane. Don’t have any emergency needs because they won’t help you quick. We threw away over $400 of food. Charged for rent- We decided not to renew our lease as we kept having issues with the front office and we wanted a bigger place. We gave our notice exactly 60 days in advance as the lease says. Our lease was up 5/31/2025. We moved out a week prior on 5/24/25. I went back on 5/31/25 and scrubbed the whole apartment so it was clean when we handed the keys over. That day, 5/31/25, my boyfriend walked over to the office and HANDED THE KEYS TO THE LADY AT THE FEONT DESK!!! Well, about a month goes by and I get a letter in the mail from collections. They didn’t email, call or send us a letter stating we even owed anything. Sending us to collections with no communication was ridiculous. Part of the collections was for a cleaning fee of about $130 and the other $300 WAS FOR JUNE RENT AND WE WERWNT EVEN THERE!! How would we be there if we have the keys over in May?? See review 5/5 to hear how terribly the handled it. Spoke to manager- When we first got the collections letter, I called the office approximately five times in one day and not a single time did they answer my phone call. I also left 2 to 3 voicemails and none of them were returned. Shocker right? Again goes back to her review number 3. My boyfriend called as well and again no answer. I went down there to talk to the manager. When I got there I talked to the front desk, which are always rude. She told me that the manager was gone and would be back in approximately 30 minutes. I went and waited in my car. I then came back in and asked her if the manager was back and she said that he was not, but would let me know when he was in, so I was sat in the lobby and waited. About 30 to 45 minutes had passed by and I went to go ask her if the manager was in so I could speak to him and she was not there. I walked up to the door that led to the rest of the office that only employees are allowed in and the manager was sitting at his desk and he asked if there was anything he could help me with. I told him actually I have been waiting to talk to you about a collections letter I got and the front desk lady was supposed to tell you I needed to talk to you. The manager informed me that she went to lunch. Leaving me there and going to lunch without informing the manager again shows how disrespectful and rude this company is. I proceeded to tell the manager that we handed the keys over on May 31 and we should not have been charged for June rent. He said he will look into it and give me a call back to see if he could fix the problem and I never received a call back. The collections company did call later that week and stated if I did not pay the collections then it would go towards my renters history so we paid it to not get any penalties. But till this day, we were basically robbed of $430 something dollars because they charged us for June rent when we were never there, but nobody will help us or knows how to communicate and return calls. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE! They don’t care about you.
