  I’ve had such a great experience at Superstition Canyon. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere that truly feels like home. The amenities are convenient, the grounds are beautiful, and everything is kept in great condition. I also want to give a special shoutout to Cynthia. She’s always warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Cynthia has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She’s a big part of what makes this community feel welcoming and well-run. Overall, Superstition Canyon is a wonderful place to live, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality apartment community.

  I have been living at Superstition Canyon Apts July 2023 I just LOVE the community, my apartment home with the high ceilings, the cabinetry the flooring. It is so spacious! The office manager & leasing agent and maintenance. Staff are always so friendly and take care of any issues for me right away. The grounds are always kept clean, so I’m always proud to live here and bring people over to visit. It is also very peaceful and quiet.

  I relocated to this complex in March of this yr. I wasn’t having any issues until here recently since they’ve changed property management (which they do quite frequently). The office personnel is very unprofessional and has no sense of urgency when it comes to maintenance and posting tenants payments. So I’ve submitted a work order 3 times for the same appliance(washer) issue. Only for them to patch it up and say it’s working fine when it’s not. Washer gives off fowl odor when washing and sometimes some of the cycles don’t work. Now in regards to rental payments, I’ve never been late until this month because of course life happens. I took accountability for paying late and paid all fees due or at least I thought I did until I went on portal the following day only to see that my payment has yet to be posted which was paid via money order. I was not issued a proper receipt the day of payment due to property management not having a receipt book on hand. I was told that a receipt book was ordered and should be in the following day. Followed up to receive a receipt only to be told Amazon has not ran with receipt book. So after logging in to portal again and reviewing posted payments I see that my payment that should have been posted on yesterday is still not posted today and I still have not been issued a proper receipt. I love my unit and the area but the way the business is being ran is and should be totally unacceptable. They hold us tenants to paying rent on time not to mention the ridiculous fees accrued for paying late but how can we as tenants hold management accountable. The higher ups really need to look into this matter

  It is so loud living here, from being able to hear people use the restroom and their conversations, slamming of front doors, the stomping up the stairs all day, the people above me slamming and banging stuff at 12 and 1 am, to the noise outside. Especially if you live in the front buildings by the leasing office. That obnoxious orange sports car that starts up waking everyone up. I’m sure I’m not the only one that it startles throughout the day or gets woken up out of my sleep at 5-6 am or in the middle of the night. Or that girl who drives the black Tesla blasting music super loud at 6-7 in the morning everyday. Then it continues multiple times throughout the day, everytime I find myself trying to take a nap from being woken up early that morning, I’m woken up again by the sound and vibrations of loud bass. I’ve tried earplugs but even that won’t work. Most will say “Then move” and I really wish it were that simple for us. But to be completely honest I’m not even bashing those individuals I just want to say that anyone who moves here (and I recommend you don’t because I promise you all the reviews you see here are accurate lol) please be considerate of your surrounding neighbors. Most have kids, some work nights, you never know. But regardless, you are not the only one living here. Those around you should be able to enjoy peaceful living just as you should be able to. All I’m saying is to be kind and considerate to those around you. It’s not really anybody’s fault here that the apartments were built poorly. God bless Side note: If you go compare other apartment complex reviews to these, you’ll notice the owner replies to all reviews of its residents. Notice there are no replies here (not recent anyway). That goes to show you how little they care about the comfort of their residents.
