The mobile owners are not allowed to use the jacuzzi, the pool, the gym and the nice club house located on the east side of the office that area is reserved to the RV owners. The home owners are to use the pool with the kiddie pool (no jacuzzi) that is located south of the office. The gym equipment is of poor quality unlike the gym that is assigned to the rv owners. Cynthia the office clerk is very rude as well as the office manager. Bothbof them are so unfriendley and very unprofessional. The streets are covered with potholes. The gates don't work most of the time. This place is so badly kept. True trailer trash!
