  Worse experience ever!! I was there advocating for my sister due to an infestation of roaches in her apartment. This was an issue immediately when she had moved in, and management hasn’t done anything besides lay sticky traps down. After a “thorough investigation” I had entered the apartment to find a roach crawling from behind the blinds. I trapped it and immediately went to the office to speak with Kris. She was rude right off the bat, no hello, welcome what can I do for you. Just an attitude and stank face. I proceeded to record the whole interaction, which led to her calling the cops on me for “being aggressive”. I smelled liquor on her breath and assumed she was not in her right mind, because what kind of management has no result to help the tenant without arguing or saying to pay up and leave. The video of our conversation will be posted either on here or their facebook page or on yelp, wherever I can expose this so called manager!! Kris if you’re reading this just know I smelt inside of your cup and could smell the liquor.

  Horrible, horrible apartments! horrible customer service.The apartments are infested with cockroaches, and they are not willing to fix the problem. Many pictures & videos show infestation to management. They entered my apartment after telling me they would call And never did and entered without my approval. Kris is a horrible manager. PLEASE DON'T MOVE IN!!!!!

  This place is the worst! THEY CHANGED NAME CUZ THEY GOT SUED former tides on southern! Loud kids! Water off all the time multiple times a month! Terrible conditions looks nothing like the pics! Trash everywhere ! Pigeon infestation GROSS !Infested termites & roaches. They suck you in two leases they change how things are done all the time. They say things that are on the lease that don’t exist. You could never talk to any managers you could never get a ahold of CAM management. They will tow your car when it’s not supposed to be when you pay monthly. They take forever to fix anything and never gets completed

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. I would give this a zero star if possible. Terrible place to live. When you actually need help they are no where to be seen. The management will ignore you and close out your work orders before the job is completed. The water is turned off once a month for issues. The laundry is unsecure and locks broken all the time. The mailroom was unsecure for months and lost multiple packages. You can't call anyone above the manager. The company is non existent. Waiting on a call back from the supposed supervisor for over a month. Roaches everywhere! Good luck. This place is in trash. Left work unattended for a month a did a terrible job in at in that. Half-assed management. GO FIND A DIFFERENT APT.

  Power went out for the entire complex at about 930pm. i know a lot of people gonna be mad in the morning when they wake up with spoiled food in the fridge. who got the money to sue these fools? im sure we all could use a payout and find a place thats liveable...
