  Navona impressed us from the get go with private EV chargers in garages. Now that we've moved in, we are even more impressed with the leasing process and the staff there, specifically, Diana in the front office who must get this kind of feedback a lot. Well, we are adding to the chorus how grateful we are for her kindness, her patience with a ton of questions about the garage, and her above-and-beyond extra work when our home closed faster than we expected and we needed to expedite our lease dates in a panic at the last minute. Kudos to Navona's management - Toll Brothers and Greystar - for recognizing Diana's strong leadership, detail-oriented thoroughness, and hard work as well as her kindness and easy-to-understand clear communication. Her and Taylor's tag-team expertise, professional work ethic and outstanding customer service make us inclined to not look too hard for our next home purchase. The staff from leadership to the entire team taking care of the property seem to be at Taylor and Diana's caliber. Add to that the stunning amenities -- kept super clean to the point we would want to actually sit on the outdoor seating and use the pool and gym and the pickleball courts and all the other areas too many to mention -- PLUS the well constructed buildings, makes us feel like we can take plenty of time to find a new home to purchase. Kudos. And thank you TONS to Diana and to Taylor - they make the place feel warm and feel like home. Priceless.

  Breathtaking, resort style and quite just how I like it. The management is super and made the process easy. Diana, leasing agent was a doll. She was able to guide me and show more of my preferences. I enjoyed touring the property with my dog, I think he approves!

  This place is beautiful and has incredibly friendly staff! Had the pleasure to tour with Shivaanee. She was super knowledgeable about the property and very kind. If you do decide to tour make sure to request her!

  The place is amazing and Shivaanee was an absolute pleasure to work with during my tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions while providing detailed information about the amenities, the complex and the company. Her friendly and welcoming personality made the application process a breeze and I truly appreciate her professionalism. I toured multiple other apartments in Arizona the day I toured Navona, but none offered the exceptional experience that Shivaanee provided!
