  Karen and Andrea created a pleasant, warm and welcoming environment at Montero Dana Park. I spent the past month searching for apartments in various parts throughout Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler. Hands-down these two were the best team that I had met in about 25 inquiries. I felt guided through the entire process better than I ever have when apartment searching. The communication was prompt, and they were super professional, incredibly knowledgeable about all of my needs and went out of their way to meet me in the middle. Five stars for these two so excited to move in!

  We love it here! It’s quiet. Clean. The staff is always friendly. Super quick to address any concerns or issues. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for clean apartments that offer peace and quiet!

  Our family has been a part of the Montero community for almost 2 years and I must emphasize the word “community”💙 We love all of our neighbors and the property team is so amazing in each of their own ways. Karen is always quick with a pleasant response or solution. The amenities and office are welcoming spaces, and the maintenance team is considerate and prompt. We appreciate being able to live in a healthy and friendly environment, and love growing with you guys! A special Thank you for providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for our tiniest neighbors, where they can continue to grow together into the best young adults.

  This property is now under new management, and unfortunately, the quality has significantly declined. There’s dog waste scattered throughout the area, the fountains are no longer working, and there are people allowing their dogs to roam off-leash. Not to mention, the stray cat issue has become even more noticeable. During Franchesca’s time here, everything was well-maintained and residents were treated with care, but since the management change, the level of service has dropped dramatically. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.”

  Came to visit this place a month ago and signed day of with Franchesca's help. She was very kind and informative. We had just moved across state lines, ready to unpack into our unit. As soon as we walk in to do a visual inspection, you can tell the unit is not move in ready whatsoever. looks and smells like the last tenants had done their cleaning job but the cleaning/ maintenance crew barely touched it. Broken drawers, yellow stained blinds, marks and smudges all over the floors and walls, splashback on counters from spray painting, mold buildup in shower. One specific closet smacks you in the face with an aroma of moldiness masked by cleaning chemicals. They had plenty of time to fix the issues before we moved in but they somehow, someway checked off this unit to have us move in. Insane work by montero, we were very excited about this spot and are now left in an emergency situation to find somewhere to live. All because they couldnt hold up their end of the agreement. If i could do 1/3 of a star I would and that's only because Franchesca was dope.
