  After several winters as Arizona snowbirds, my wife and I decided it was time to put a one‑to‑two‑year plan in motion to buy a home in east Mesa. We enjoy the amenities and activities in 55+ communities, so we focused our search on active‑adult developments and quickly zeroed in on Sunland Springs Village. I wanted an agent who could be a true partner as we learned the SSV market. I contacted Farnsworth Realty because of their deep connection to the community’s developer, and that’s how I met Brittnay Arnett. I asked whether she was comfortable working with second‑home buyers on a longer timeline, and she immediately embraced the idea. I’m very glad she did. Our “two‑year plan” turned into a two‑day plan when we found our winter home almost immediately. Brittnay exceeded our expectations throughout the process, handling the transaction smoothly – even when a few bumps appeared, as they always do. Her market knowledge, recommendations, and referrals were invaluable. As a retired agent myself, I’m not easily impressed, but Brittnay truly earned it. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking reliable, dedicated real estate guidance.
