  Do not move here. This place is a joke and their management is terrible. Especially their newest, Blake, who knows absolutely nothing. They go through managers likes crazy, who don’t help you at all. They tell you to give 60 day notice but they don’t tell you it’s impossible to get ahold of them and they’re never in the office. They don’t submit your paperwork on time and then tell you, you owe a whole months rent. All because one of the many temporary managers before didn’t do her job. I was gone for 3 months and they didn’t even know because of her. I had proof of my last day , they don’t care, they won’t listen and they know there’s nothing you can do. From gun shots , to the constant smell of weed and sight of filth this place a has it all. Even swat makes an appearance from time to time. They got me, don’t let them get you too.

  This place was a joke from the day I moved in. The manager at the time showed up 45 mins later than the time I scheduled to pick up my keys and then they couldn’t even find the keys for my unit! There was constantly new managers and apparently none of them knew how to answer the phone or actually be present in the office. I would call multiple times and leave messages and never get any kind of response. If I tried going up to the office it usually took 2-3 attempts before I could actually catch someone in there. I also had multiple problems with my AC where it went out or was leaking and causing puddles on the floor and of course the “emergency” maintenance number was never answered. It’s pretty clear this place doesn’t give a crap about the residents. The gate to the pool was also broken almost the whole time I was there and nothing was ever fixed. Glad to know I was paying for amenities that were not even easily accessible. I would not recommend this place AT ALL and I was so happy to finally get out.

  We lived there for 2 years and I have nothing to say but the most amazing things about this place. The maintenance dude always reached out me in a timely matter and resolved our issues with our dishwasher not draining and our clogged garbage disposal. The pool always looked well maintained. it never looked green or messy. It would be unfair if I didn't tell how thankful we felt about him being around regardless what time it was even after hours. Now Rosa the property manager was absolutely amazing! Every time I asked her for help she would stop what she was doing in order to help me with either packages or printing documents or general questions etc. In the morning when I was on my way to work she would always greats me with a friendly face and a great attitude, she's just that type of girl who really cares and goes beyond or take an extra mile to make sure everyone is being taken care of. Not to mention that the property always looked in great shape. When I saw something dirty and I report it they would take care of it right away keeping the property pristine. However, I could be here telling you how thankful we were about them managing this community, not just about the staff but also the community in general. I made some really good friends there. We often spent time gathering together to share a glass of wine or even some appetizers or just hanging out at the pool. Sadly we had to move to another state. Thank you so much again Rosa and Abner! You guys really made me feel like being at home. I will miss you guys so much.
