  Do not move here!!! This place is a total scam and it’s quite literally inhumane!!! From the day of moving in, it’s been one thing after another a total nightmare!!! They didn’t tell me what unit I was moving into until the day of move-in when I got here it was a handicap apartment?! I’m not handicap, but if you know about handicap apartments, things are set up differently to accommodate people that are. I have huge dents and scratches on the wall’s, Window seals, the refrigerator, the oven, The dishwasher isn’t even the right dishwasher. It’s too big for the allotted opening in the counter so my dishwasher, which also does not work and has backed up water in the pipes so I have mosquitoes in my apartment and mosquito larvae coming out of the bottom of the dishwasher, which they won’t fix?!?! Next on the long list of things that doesn’t work In my unit are the washer and dryer neither one works?!?! I’ve called left numerous maintenance requests even contacted the emergency line no response whatsoever!!!! Like this is crazy!!!! They basically told me when I did actually talk to someone that they probably won’t be able To fix it And that I should look into buying a new one because they’re not responsible for it…WHAT?!?!? Mind you I just moved in here when you just moved into a place, and you go to use your washing machine or your dryer or your dishwasher for the first time ever and none of them Work, how are you responsible as the tenant the new tenant To replace them?!?! I’ve never used them. I just moved in here. They should be fine and working. I’m about a month into my lease, which I Fully regret ever signing dishwasher, still broken, washing machine, and dryer still broken, Outlets in the apartment, not working, I can’t even use anything to do my hair in the bathroom because none of the outlets in the bathroom work And now it is July 9 And my air conditioning stopped working!!!! It’s almost 90° Inside of my apartment and I don’t know what to do I feel like I am living a nightmare right now!!! And now I’m stuck in the lease with this horrendous apartment!!! There are roaches I had to Spray for bugs in my whole apartment 3 times!! Never have I ever lived anywhere with roaches. The pool is gross and never cleaned the tenants are left to clean out the dead roaches, caterpillars and all the leaves. The trash at the pool is always overflowing, the door to the bathroom at the pool doesn’t work! I wouldn’t even dip my toe into the hot tub the water looks greenish, you can see an oily foamy film on the top of the water along with dead bugs and leafs in it I mean like this is insane!?!? I’ve had to now order and pay on my own dime for a new washer, a new dryer and a new dishwasher And the apartment has nothing to say about that no credit on my rent no reimbursement no nothing!!! I just at this point can’t even believe this is legal and that they’re able to get away with this?!? I cannot be the only one that’s going through this with these apartments after reading all of these reviews. I don’t know what I need to do to get out of these apartments or how to break my lease properly or get them to fix all of this but it’s looking like I’m on my own yet. I still am required to pay the rent for this apartment yet it is not even up to standard living codes And regulations?!?!? I regret moving here and suggest anybody apartment shopping to stay away from this place!!!! They don’t care about their tenants nobody is ever in the office something needs to be done immediately!!

  Since the time living here, two years- multiple front managers. At least 6! Work orders take forever, and apartment gym ac isn’t working. The amenities is a reason why we rented here. Can’t believe it’s not a rush to have them fix ac in AZ summer. Poor!! EDIT: it’s been a month since my review and the gym AC is still broken. They are waiting for “corporate” to approve the ac problem. AC guy told me the whole unit needs to be replaced but front office too cheap to get it fixed.

  My roommate and I moved in about 6 months ago and the manager Blake is extremely responsive and helpful. He has gone out of his way to make our living experience great and we will be renewing our lease! The grounds are well kept and the pool area is cute.

  Brand new community on the corner of Gilbert and Baseline!! Most have garages which is perfect for my Harley and other outdoor fun stuff!! Awesome community and fitness area....across the street from a dog park too. The neighborhood is amazing and only five minutes to all my hotspots in downtown Gilbert. Move-ins starting early December!
