  Please take the 3.1 rating serious, it should be a one. They need to bulldoze the whole building with all the managers in it In 1 yr of living in this dump, had 7 managers , all lazy and want to give you notice because they LIE for a living and hate when you know your rights. I'll be back with 37 photos and videos. AVOID THE BAIT OF MOVE IN SPECIALS because you're going to regret it. You're lucky if you find 1 working dryer or washer in two laundry rooms and a total of 8 washers and dryers. Stay awake I have proof that it's an absolute dump

  My family is dealing with this apartment complex and not in a good way. They knew when our move in day was for 2 months. They called the day of and told us that Apt 3 wouldn't be ready for move in but Apt 12 was. Of course at this time our old apartment is aware of our move out date. They said we couldnt get into the apartment until after noon. They fogged the place. Well let me tell you HOLY ROACHES all sizes and literally everywhere. They didnt paint the place nor clean it. We had already moved a load over. No way is this place livable. We talked to the immature girl that had no empathy at all . She said she did the walk through herself. My question was ... is this how you live. She said it was up to standard. We asked for a resolution and basically she kicked us out of the office. Gave us fake numbers to call corporate. We had finally gotten a hold of her boss which manages another complex. What they came up with is to offer to move them into that complex. Just to remind you their old apartment has a move out date and if they didnt take the offer on the other complex basically they would be homeless , staying with family and figuring out what to do with their belongings. Do NOT move into this complex. Later the neighbor next door told us they bombed the place a few times and they could see the roaches all over the windows and that the previous renter moved out the day before. Very unprofessional, dirty and disgusting.

  After having to communicate back and forth with multiple people, my wife scheduled a tour of an apartment while I was at work for a specifc time and day. She even stated she was having to bring our 1.5 year old with her which they told her no problem and that more then one person would be there upon her arrival. At 33 weeks pregnant, she came just to find no one in the office except the receptionist, who tried to push paperwork on her before viewing the apartment with no apology. We have emails and texts to back this review up as well. If the communication is this atrocious and horrid, then it's very safe to assume it's a slum partment complex that will cheat you in a heartbeat. Save yourself the time from even calling them and look elsewhere. Zero stars.

  I’ve been waiting over a month for my back door to get fixed because there’s a large gap, so all of my air escapes and in this Arizona heat that means HUNDREDS of dollars in AC bills, but they’re too busy charging me $50 for a towel on my patio. These units are legit from the 70s and never once cleaned, absolutely covered in crickets, and my neighbor literally has actual shit coming from her drains (including sink) and they won’t fix it. Yet they charge 1500. Yikes.
