This place has been awful since Dani has left… 3 years ago. Since then the people that live here ride dirt bikes/quads loud all over, kids unattended late at night that are screaming creating problems. Pest control is non existent so we pay monthly for our own and have for 3 years… the pool is gross and not maintained. There are no trees left for shade. If you have a service dog and a disability they will give you a hard time… kids are constantly destroying the communal property. Guns being drawn and constant police. There is no onsite property management and the office staff really have no idea what is going on at all with anything. Joe has been okay so we will see how it goes. Our unit was not painted correctly only primer done so it looks gross fast, old carpets when we moved in and reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. There were yellow stains and nasty everywhere and the grout was disgusting. Scorpions and cockroaches and the property does not have a pest control company come out. They towed my car and I was not illegally parked whatsoever but I didn’t gripe because what’s the point. My mental health from living here and declined severely and even my kids can’t wait to leave. What we thought would be a luxury place is far from it. Super disappointed because we pay a lot to live here… we have about 6 more months left so hopefully I can change this review to a positive one.

I have lived at Casa Sole Vita for a year now. The first year we had an amazing property manager named Dani that did everything!!! We never had to worry. Something broken, submit a work order and she would ensure the work order was complete. Anytime I called, Dani would pick up the phone and provided excellent customer service. Fast forward, a year later, Dani left the job and it is like the entire company left. I cannot get a hold of anyone in the office via a phone call. Lease needs to be renewed and the people in the office are absolutely helpless. They do not know how to run the place. The only way to get in contact with someone is to drive down the road to Superstition Canyon Apartments because that is also a Cal Am Property. Management needs to fix something or someone cause it is absolutely atrocious. Update: I’ve lived at this property now for over two years, and it has been a constant source of stress, danger, and mismanagement. Earlier this year, a bullet came through my apartment—yes, a bullet. Management barely acknowledged it. Maintenance is a revolving door of crews who either quit or never show up. Pest control is neglected, and I’ve had scorpions inside my unit. Most recently, the property “lost” my signed lease from February 2025 and tried to charge me pet fees and force me into month-to-month rent. When I told Joe, the property manager, that I had a lease, he looked me in the eye and said, “You don’t have a lease—you’ll be paying month-to-month,” with zero professionalism or accountability. The only reason this was resolved was because I threatened legal action and escalated to upper management. Joe is consistently rude, dishonest, and only acts when forced to. This place is unsafe, poorly run, and absolutely not worth the headache. If you’re considering living here—don’t. There are far better options in the area that respect their residents and maintain basic standards of safety and professionalism.

The property is nice but everything is always broken & they take weeks to fix! Every week there is a notice put in your door about NEW rules not outlined in your lease. Threatening fines! They let anyone move in. Frequent police vists, domestic violence amongst neighbors, trashy(yard unkept, nuisance to everyone) , loud neighbors. Kids are unattended and destructive God forbid you need to speak to anyone about anything. Your requests via calls , emails or the app all go unanswered. CalAm manages this property & prioritize their other property Superstition Canyon Apartments. Rent increases but no investment in amenities. Not worth the headache.
