  This review is for Sam from the Maintenance Team at Bella. Sam has been an amazing maintenance worker and has provided outstanding service every time. He is very communicative, quick to find solutions, and always follows through. He consistently goes above and beyond with a great attitude, which truly makes a difference.   The property and units are absolutely beautiful ( just as the photos portray online). The community is quiet and safe and well maintained. Sam on the maintenance team has been great. All my maintenance concerns were resolved within 24 hours. The entire maintenance staff have been kind and a pleasure to interact with. Dustin and Tierra in the property management office made move-in a breeze. I moved from out of state and the process was extremely smooth. Some of my furniture was delivered early and Dustin ensured it was placed inside my home waiting on me to arrive. They are very responsive and truly care about us as tenants. My mom and I really enjoy living here!

  Sam and Mike came in a replaced our dishwasher very efficiently, and removed the broken one. Very happy with their quick response and service.

  Been at Bella Encanta for 8 months now and it's been good so far. There is a nice clubhouse, convenient BBQ grills, and a pretty good fitness center that is well kept by the cleaning crew. Have only had a couple small maintenance issues, and they were addressed by Sam each time, and he was professional and took care of them quickly.
