    Christine in the office has been so amazing and helpful! She answered all of my questions and was always so kind! The community is beautiful and QUIET, which I love! Fully recommend!

    i have lived at avilla lehi for almost 2 years now and i love it! i love the concept of living in a home with your own backyard instead of a regular apartment. the office staff is friendly and maintenance is super responsive as well. i have had very minimal issues that the office is always quick to resolve and have never had a bug in my home, which was super important to me since i moved from out of state. highly recommend!

    David is always so attentive and kind, no matter what is going on he is always willing to help. We love our home and community but David and the maintenance staff enhance the living experience by far. Thank you all for what you do to make Avilla Lehi the best place to live!

    I moved to Avilla just over a month ago and so far i have absolutely loved it! Not only is it a clean, safe and quiet environment for my daughter and I to live in but the property manager here is absolutely amazing! Each and every question or concern I have had has been answered in a professional and timely manner. Not to mention all the emotional support Stacy has provided throughout our time here, we are so lucky to have her!

    Edit: This is an overall good community to live at. Very quiet, no bugs, good maintenance. I was very upset about them incorrectly towing my car but I have gotten over it. Raising my review. They incorrectly towed my car and want me to pay $100 out of my pocket to get it back. This is unacceptable. I pay almost $1600 to rent a 2 bedroom here and this is how you are treated.
