  My wife and I signed a year lease for a 1 bedroom - 1 bath. Originally, we were really excited to give our dogs some outdoor space, but that excitement quickly turned to sadness when we saw that the backyard of our apartment had a tree in the middle of it and a huge air conditioner taking up another quarter of the space. Within the first couple days of being in the apartment, it was apparent that it had not been properly cleaned after the last tenant left. Several areas of the apartment needed attention which caused me to submit several maintenance requests within the first month of us living there. A positive note: Brent, the maintenance guy, is professional, pleasant and timely. All maintenance requests were fixed in a timely manner. We enjoyed the pool and would have loved utilizing the hot tub, however the hot tub hasn’t been working since January. So, during our 7 months living there - the hot tub only worked for 2 months. My wife and I found a bigger living space for almost the same price so we broke our lease and moved out. My biggest piece of advice would be: if given the chance, view the exact unit you plan on moving into prior to signing your lease. Check out the backyard and the overall quality of the apartment. If you enjoy using the hot tub, make sure it’s back up and running.

  Overall not a bad place to be. I’d say it’s a little overpriced considering the location but the office is kind as well as the maintenance crew. Not giving 5 stars for a couple factors: 1. DO NOT get a unit off of Guadalupe Rd. It is loud and all you will hear day and night are loud cars zooming up and down the road. If you can, rent a unit further away from Guadalupe. 2. There is a very small amount of storage space. We had a two bedroom and outside of the guest closet, there was no storage and there are not a lot of kitchen cabinets and a small pantry to fit everything into. Definitely will need a storage unit if you have a decent amount of stuff. Outside of that we have had a pleasant experience, but my biggest advice is get a unit as far away from Guadalupe as possible!

  This property is so beautiful! I love the interior of the homes and the property itself especially the pool! Erick in the office is awesome and makes sure everything is taken care of!

  I have rented here since June of 2022 and have had excellent service. Whenever I post a request for service it is handled within 24 hours. Eric Chavira in the office has been nothing but kind and helpful to me whenever I have had any issue.
