If you are going to rent here, I’d recommend a 2 bed and up. Otherwise, good luck paying nearly 2k a month to be disrespected and enduring auditory torture.

Stay away! Property management here tried to illegally charge me for breaking lease due to military orders; I had to get legal involved. They kept the security deposit and never provided an itemized list. Save money on legal fees by not bothering with these scumbags.

Hello I had lived here for 11 months. My wife had some mental health issues. We had to leave our lease a month early. We where charge 2 $3400 cancelation fees one for not giving 60 day notice and one for canceling our lease. Asked if they could be reasonable they said they where lol! And if we didn't pay in full or pay in 30 days it would then we doubled and sent to collections! So I left my lease a month early and now am going to be charged $10000+ run away people! This lease contract is not responsible at all. And it doesn't matter that my family is struggling they have a clause for that. ALSO RENT WAS $1785 my lease renewal was $1980 but now there asking $2100+!
