- CGcarlos godoySep 4, 20251.0Es un desorden administrativo cambio de secretaria a cada rato y cada una viene con cosas nuevas te cobran sobre cargos con la excusa de que son nuevas administraciones y ya estoy arrepentido de mudarme aquí sin decir que hay gatos por todos lados y caca y orine de gato toda la propiedad apesta a gato no se dejen engañar por lo que pagan aquí fácil pueden rentar en otro lugar es decir en los apartamesntos de alado the Quin es más barato el arriendo y aún así cuenta con gym y otros servicios

Dog waste gets left outside. Much too many maintenence and landscapers for how small this place is. Cut your price by a 1/3 and it'll match the quality.

- BGBenita GregoryDec 12, 20173.0I have lived here nearly three years. Patricia the manager was a very good manager. Anna is the new manager. You can ALWAYS find her working diligently. She is a great listener to complaints. I have no complaints about her. This place has "degraded" because of the people who have moved in. Anna deal with issues as they are presented to her. She seems to follow procedures. She has children. Her boys are respectable, decent and polite. As for the facility being available when the office is closed.....I wouldn't recommend it at all. Individuals have been caught stealing bags of sugar, coffee or whatever they can get their hands . They were seen by other tenants, Country Park Villas employees and on camera. Ms. Anna can be seen on Sundays headed to church with her boys. During the week she can be seen staying and working late hours at her desk. There are many times she can be seen walking the grounds and picking up toys and garbage off of the property. I believe Country Park Villas is looking better because of the two employees. Anna and Ron. Very attentive, efficient and diligent workers.
- DCDavid CJan 17, 20154.0My girlfriend and I have lived here since July and we really like it here! The management is understanding, polite and friendly. The few issues we have had with our unit were fixed in a reasonable time period and I have always felt like any time I've reported problems that they have been addressed. I also enjoy the fenced parking and the "ticky tack" rules have been more beneficial than not. We never have to worry about being unable to sleep due to noise and don't have to worry about issues like smoke smell in our apartment or outside of it. The value is great and most of our neighbors have always been very friendly. Sometimes kids will be playing a little too crazy unattended but that is a reasonable tradeoff for apartment living. Plenty of room to walk our dogs and they supply the poop bags so it's a win/win!
