  The best managment this side of tennesse. Sucks i couldnt have stayed longer but all i know is if you have the opportunity to live here youll soon feel like family.

  Hola muy Buenas noches quiero dejar saber mi descontento en todo estos 13 meses de inquilino con ustedes la presente es para indicar el pesimo trato y discriminación quee dieron en varias oportunidades la Manager y la sugerente tengo un problema de plaga x casi 7 meses que no fue resuelto y más sin envargo la respuesta fue si quiere se va pero sabe que debe seguir pagando los electrodomésticos del apartamento tuvieron fallas todo el año filtraciones los vidrios de los closet no se cuántas veces notifiqué y la última estoy de viaje y regresó y veo una orden hasta judicial de verdad que increíble de verdad agradecería atendieran mejor a las personas

  I lived in these apartments back in 2013 and I came by today to reapply and met with the manager Roshaunda and wow! Her down to earth personality made my choice an easy one. This place has changed so much. Its very clean the greener gives it a Midwest feel.

  Such a beautiful community. Landscaping is always taken care of. Parking is always hassle free. I love that they have an onsite resource center. Project access has so many things to offer. The leasing office staff are amazing and super friendly. Jamaiya and Roshaunda are always very helpful. This is definitely a great complex for first time renters!

  If you’re looking for a place that feels a true home, Country Club Verandas is it! ✨ The team here is incredibly kind and always makes you feel like more than just a resident. Always down for a fun conversation ! The pool area is a total dream and always so clean and full of smiling people! It’s quiet, cute, and feels exactly like home. 10/10 recommend! 💖✨
