  Warning!!!! I moved into this brand new gorgeous complex 4 months ago. It is rapidly being destroyed by the residents and their kids but no one seems to care. The apartment manager and a maintenance guy live here on the premise but apparently they don't notice anything. The most dangerous of my complaints is the kids barely 3 feet tall are in the pool day and night by themselves no adult supervision. They stand on the grill area tables and jump from one area to the other. Once again no adult supervision. I did ask them not to do that because they could hurt themselves and they ignored me. They are playing in an area where other residents allow their dogs to poo and won't pick it up. So there are worms and flies. My building is right in front of this area and the smell is awful! Someone allowed their dog to poo in the front yard of my duplex a month ago and it's still there. When reported to management they said they needed it in writing. Here's your written notice because it's still there. The office staff pass by it all the time just as they did for over a week when someone threw a clear container of food at the front entrance. All staff drove bye it over a week without picking it up. The pool area is filthy and so is the gym. It looks as if it has not been cleaned since I moved in 4 months ago. Trash is loaded under neath the dumpsters and residents are placing furniture in the dumpster area that's been there for quite some time now. The grill is constantly left on. My concern about this is we have no fire extinguishers. I notified the office when I moved in and was told they would check into 4 months ago but still no fire extinguisher. 50 laptops were delivered to my unit that belonged to the office. One of the employees came with a dolly to pick them up and ripped my door frame and it still has not been repaired. Maybe it's because there are 271 units and 1- ONE maintenance guy. There are 3 people working in the office but the office is never open. I understand they are out showing new prospects the units to get them filled but you can't close the office during business hours, what about us residents that are already living here. I have very important paperwork I need filled out and can't catch anyone in the office. I call and usually no answer. Messages are not returned. The bug man sprayed my unit but I didn't get a notice so I could stop them. I'm a dialysis patient and ended up at the emergency room with an allergic reaction to the spray. When I called the office to inquire if my unit had been sprayed the receptionist said she would find out and call me right back well I am still waiting for her call now over a month. I understand this is a new complex that has not been up and running not even a year yet and there will be issues. But what we are dealing with is not a structural issue. We are dealing with staff who do not seem to care. I'm not the only resident complaining about these issues just know we the residents do talk amongst each other. And from what they are saying they have called it to the office attention with no results. When I moved in I was so impressed so I gave a five star review but how quickly things have changed in a matter of 4 months. My original review got a quick response from the (Owner). Let's see if I get a response on this review and know the only reason I'm calling it to your attention is because this is your investment. When and if you visit everything will look excellent at that time. Sorry if I stepped on anyone's toes but the truth needs to be told. We don't live here for free, I pay full rent to be comfortable and with clean surroundings. Thanks for reading!- Jackie

  First and foremost, let me give great praise to this lady who is like none other. Her name is Angela Russell. Miss Angela is phenomenal. I have never seen in my 74 years. Someone who is so passionate about their work from the beginning to the end Miss Angela make sure that everybody that steps into the ranchers that gunsmoke office is well taken care of she greet you with a smile and she’s more than willing to get right to work for you. She has a natural gust for what she does and I enjoy seeing someone with that type of work ethic, which is something you don’t see in today’s world very often really not at all. My wife and myself walked into the office of Ms Angela. Russell. She made sure all of the eyes were dotted and all of the tease have been crossed. Angela works diligently to make sure that people are able to get the housing and become a part of the community. She doesn’t stop until you are in she doesn’t sit around and wait for someone else to get people in. Angela does her work and others which I don’t understand everybody not doing what they’re supposed to do but at any rate this is more or less a compliment so I will leave that other portion of my comment out Angela is the sole reason that everyone in that place is placed where they need to be after applying. She completes all of her own work with a smile. This woman has the best customer service that I’ve ever seen. she’s so lovely. She is definitely an asset to this company and any other so treat her well and respectful Angela actually in my opinion she should be the director over this whole program because the work that she does, she works for several people and gets you and so she’s doing everything to make sure that you are accommodated. She does not leave her work for anyone else to complete applicants have the security of filling like they’re able to move forward and become apart of ranchers of gunsmoke Community she’s so sweet also, just very kind. Angela is an example of what I wish everybody were like in today’s world. Your neighbors knew you like family the minute you Wonka that door Angela makes you feel like you are a family and you will get in so she gives you that confidence that she is working for you and will definitely get you and and you do not have to continue to wait and not know where you are going to reside in terms of your living accommodations kudos to Angela for being Angela. Once you walk in that office you will never forget Angela. She is the office. She is the director and no one can take that from her. We are so fortunate that Angela was there to assist us and offer us amenities that no one else ever would nor have the time to even make an application up with us. I am so proud of her for all of her work and having the type of passion that everyone should have in life you were looking at an Angel. She truly cares about people having a roof over their heads!! and you can’t beat that with a stick. 😇🥰 Thank you so much Angela for all that you have done and will continue to do.   The employees in this facility, especially Angela are incredible! It was such a smooth process and the units are absolutely beautiful! I'm beyond thrilled to have signed a lease here!
