  Moving here has been the best decision I’ve made!!! I personally haven’t had a problem here. All the neighbors are so friendly and nice! Living here at EVR makes me feel like I have my own home. The cleanliness of EVR makes the living experience 10/10 as well. The amenities are very enjoyable as well.

  I've been living at EVR Porter for a little less than a year but I already know I'd love to stay here for years until I find my forever home. I really love this community; it's quiet and the common areas and overall property are always clean and well maintained. Also any maintenance requests I've had or heard about are handled quickly and the staff is always friendly and easy to work with, which makes everything feel a lot more stress free. But one of my favorite parts is that the pool is open 24/7 and the community center has pool tables and ping pong, which makes it feel more fun and social. Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it!

  Ever Porter Maricopa truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I toured the property, I felt welcomed and valued. The staff is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. The community is beautifully maintained, clean, and peaceful — you can tell they take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I love the amenities and the overall atmosphere — it feels safe, comfortable, and like home. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and everything Maricopa has to offer. If you’re looking for a place that combines quality living with excellent customer service, Ever Porter Maricopa is it. I highly recommend this community!

  From the very first time we visited and took a tour, we absolutely loved it. We even went to check out another community afterward, but it didn’t compare.. We instantly came back and started our paper work here, and we’re so glad we did.🎉 I’ve had such an amazing experience living here, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this community. Everything has been smooth, welcoming, and just genuinely enjoyable since the day we have moved in. One of the biggest highlights is the incredible front office staff, Rose and Anisa. They are absolutely wonderful! They go above and beyond to help with anything and everything you might need, always with a positive attitude and a smile. Whether it’s answering questions, or making sure residents feel comfortable, they truly care and it shows. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team. They are fast, reliable, and extremely helpful. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed or looked at, they respond quickly and get the job done right. It really gives you peace of mind knowing you can count on them. The community itself is just as amazing. From the luxury homes, pool, jacuzzi, corn hole, horse shoes, & more! ALSO one of my favorite things is how they host events for residents and really make an effort to bring everyone together. It creates such a great sense of community. You really can’t beat that!! This community is well maintained, peaceful, and truly feels like home. Everything is kept clean, and any issues are handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this supported and valued as a resident. Overall, I highly recommend living here. Between the beautiful property, the outstanding front office staff, and the dependable maintenance team, it’s honestly one of the best places I’ve lived!😊

  Evr (haha see what I did there) since I moved in here i have felt so much happier and feel like this is my home every time I get home late or it’s just been a long day I can’t wait to go home and enjoy cooling down with my own ac or maybe even take a late night swim which are the best I love this community and the people I love waving to our maintenance man everyday! 10/10 will live here again
