- KKkatherineDec 16, 20251.0what a joke of a company. ever since we closed we have ran into nothing but issues. we have been lied to, no showed by trades, and dismissed. the few things they have fixed, they would then proceed to break something else. if you are buying a house from pulte, make sure you have everything documented. they WILL deceive you. our warranty manager Denise Lucero favorite words are "I don't know" and "I don't remember" even though everything has been spelled out on email. my husband created a punchlist of all the issues they failed to fix before we signed and moved in. even then, we are having issues getting them to fix ANYTHING. save your lousy ai generated customer service repersentative response to my review. if you truly cared and held yourselves to a higher standard you would not be receiving a shitty review. an absolute nightmare to work with.

They pushed off tile repairs and now the tile in our home is discontinued and cannot be procured. Every "repair" they have done has come with damage to other areas of our home or incorrect repairs. Our master shower has been completely ripped out and replaced 3 times, and still has problems with grading, discolored grout and chipped tile. Ive used all my PTO for the year on appointments that result in no call no shows. Absolutely abysmal service and seriously considering legal action.

Their general manager Kristen was EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE. We can 100% feel how MONEY HUNGRY these Pulte Homes employees are....... from the sales team to their loan department and especially their general manager Kirsten...... We had a better experience with Lennar Homes !!!!!!!!!
