  All of my experiences with renting a home have been smooth, but this is the best one yet! I have been working with Regina and she is amazing. She truly cares about her clients. After the cleaners were done, she went and checked on the home before handing over the keys and had them come back to fix things that weren’t completed properly. On top of that, I needed to get the keys early to be able to have help for the move, and she made it happen. I highly recommend AZ Living Rentals and Property Management for both renters and property owners.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Many of the positive reviews here seem to come from renters who have just moved in or being through the move in process , I would give a 5 star for the move in process since it great but that’s just a bait . my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. From the start, things were problematic. I am highlighting a few. A few days to moving in, the refrigerator did not work for almost a week, causing our food to spoil. When they finally replaced it, we were given an old, dirty fridge that smelled and had visible stains. It took us an entire day to clean it before it was usable. During my tenancy, I experienced highly unprofessional behavior from Regina, who repeatedly came to my home, banging on the door and shouting my name, despite my clear communication that she should call since my doorbell does not work. Upon moving out, we spent weeks thoroughly cleaning, vacuuming, and even painting the apartment. Despite this, they withheld a significant portion of our security deposit, citing minor crumbs on the floor that supposedly required extra cleaning. Even after acknowledging that we had done a good job, they claimed we were “lucky” to receive any portion of our deposit back. I authorize them to share the photos they referenced of the alleged crumbs, as I strongly dispute their justification for such excessive charges, when we were given a messed up fridge to clean with no compensation. This company has caused nothing but stress, they charge unreasonable fees and then try to scare you with eviction notices. I would strongly advise anyone seeking peace of mind to look elsewhere for housing

  My wife and I went through ALR during our move from Washington to AZ. Very friendly but also professional staff. Craig was an absolute joy to work with. Responsive, friendly, helpful and just a down to earth human being as well as very understanding when I hit a couple speed bumps along the way. We absolutely look forward to living under one of the properties from this company, and hope someone else has the joy to work with these folks in the near future. As stressful as moving out of state is, he made this process as close to stress free as possible. Thank you ALR!

  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible horrible HORRIBLE people that will try to take advantage of you as much as possible and rip you off. They harass, charge fees for anything they can, do not respect or value their tenants, and completely unreasonable. Do not expect to get any of your deposit back without having to sue them in court. BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES/CON ARTISTS. There are way better and more legit property management companies in Havasu. So grateful to have moved into a much better place! We now love our property managers. I had left some things behind after being sent a notice the day we were finishing moving, to scare and rush us, and know that protocol is to hold anything that a tenant leaves behind for 14 days, they dumped it without giving any notice, and the tried to charge me for dumping my own things without allowing me the chance to retrieve any of it. They tried to steal my deposit and charge me 800 DOLLARS on top of that for “estimated fees” with no receipts, and tried to charge me for normal wear and tear etc. I am filing lawsuit today, and will make sure they follow the law and pay for every bit of the money they are trying to take from my family. GOOD LUCK.
