  I recently applied to this complex and i was treated so well by the staff in the office, they were very welcoming and friendly. Bianca and Marci were amazing tho alll the staff and I mean every single human being in that office was super nice and friendly, this complex is super spacious and super clean.if you’re a single mom and you have kids. Don’t worry this complex is very safe for women and kids i didn’t get approved but that’s ok I’m determined to live there so I will reapply in six months. Love them tho. Thanks guys for being so kind to kendy and her kids.

  I was there for a year with my two kids. If you suggest to live there get cameras for your vehicle and there is always cops there. Because there is so much fighting around there, and the lady that got me into the apartments. One of them was nice. I don’t think she works there no more but the lady that built the apartments the one that technically owes different ones think her name is Bianka but I think it’s silly that they charge people for wrist bands just to go into a pool when the place has a bunch of kids running around throwing rocks at your vehicles and don’t know how to keep the community Park clean and then only a certain amount of people can go into the pool when nobody really follow the rules there anyways so I ended up moving out, but she had asked for my green wristbands from the very beginning to live there when nobody even wears those wristbands technically I don’t go swimming like that all the time only with a few times because of how disturbing it is to be in the pool but those are other parents kids and those kids can get away with things at the pool They say that these are affordable apartments to live in but then again, it feels like you’re just kind of being unheard and not recognized from other things that are going on around there away from Sascha. They have a place like if it’s built safely but technically it’s really not but I say choose wisely about living at these places they make it seem fancy and it’s nice and it’s good but in all honesty, they start to charge you with silly things. Before we weren’t allowed to have our trash on the patio for a little bit if you’re a single parent and you have trash by your door, they will try to charge you for leaving your trash by the door and if the trash area gets too cluttered. They will try to also charge you for the trash area being cluttered but that’s not our fault that they don’t have a person to go out there to take out the dumpster from a big truck, but who knows we’re just people that live there and are getting charge for silly things when I first moved in there. I felt like I was walking on eggshells and it was not the best always struggling paycheck to paycheck but now I found a brand new home and that is best for my kids. It’s quiet and I was on the waiting list forever, but it was worth the wait. I’m happy that I’m out of those apartments and starting somewhere fresh.

  Chris was incredibly helpful. I came in to tour shortly before they were closing and he still allowed me to tour when I told him as a single mom I didn’t have a lot of time to be able to come look. He was very knowledgeable in the community and I appreciated the information he gave me.
