  Thing bread down like water heart it been 15 day no hot water they come don't resolver nothing they tell you they come back a day and they don't come workoffice is cnot open on Monday fridays how can you run a appt if only open3days out of the weak it sad it getting bad no responde fast

  Quiet neighborhood. Needs a lot of upgrades to be considered “luxury apartments”. Had some issues with maintenance (they take too long, and/or you have to keep reminding them about your repair order). A/C makes a LOT of noise and has a water leak, which we reported but they said that they couldn’t do anything because it was not broken. Neighbors are ok: there is police activity pretty often but other than that no issues.. Star is the best!!

  Pros: Staff is helpful, maintenance helped me move large items upstairs, clean complex. Cons: Some lights out, pitch black areas such as around bbq, and the back entrance is only closed to vehicles. The lock is broken for the gate, saw a bum pushing a shopping cart through. I have security experience and recommend that area to be closed off to keep out shady people from Dysart.
