  Belinda and Valerie were amazing when I stopped by to do an apartment tour. Their maintenance was so polite and so courteous I appreciate all the help. It was a very helpful and amazing experience.

  I just recently moved in which was honestly the easiest application process I have been through. Valerie is an absolute blessing and she is very honest and upfront with you so as long you be honest she will let you know what to expect. These apartments are very quiet and family friendly the kids in the community ride around on their scooters and bikes and actually use the basketball court to play. I love seeing a family oriented community. The apartment itself is very spacious and absolutely clean and for a great admirable welcoming they had a gift basket full of cleaning supplies and kitchen items waiting when I walked into my new home!! I am so happy of the decision I made! Thank you so much ladies for giving me and my girls a clean and safe environment with a great community of folks.

  This place is or was getting better until they just stoled my table this is the most embarrassing review this place just needs cameras to get this place straightened out if you need a table please leave a note I will respond back to it but don’t steal other people stuff an the circle k is not a safe place

  I really hope this place has changed with new management, which we had at least 3-4 different managers in the time I lived there. It’s started with misinformation about how much they charge for water which ended up adding anywhere from $150 to $200 to the already $1600 rent. Then on to the roaches (Combat Gel is the only thing to use to get rid of them). Next to a murder over drugs a few hundred yards from my patio. I heard the gun shots and hauled butt back inside. Then there was a teenager who was shot at, which those bullets went through my laundry room wall, into my Christmas items stored on the top shelf of the laundry room/storage unit. Last to a lovely eviction (which was my own fault, definitely not theirs) the sign put up by the constable was a red light to the junkies to break in a go through and steal my items, I scheduled a time to go back the next morning because I couldn’t wait for the cops to do a report because they had to locked up the apartment, when I come back the next morning, I wait at my door for someone to open it to find someone else broke in for a second time and was sleeping in my bed using my electric I hadn’t shut off yet (again my fault there) but so yeah, this is a long run on, but that is how it felt living there. I really hope whomever is in charge really takes a look at that place because it’s so frustrating when you’re led to believe a community is somewhat safe, yet things like above is not just a one off, I’m sure many tenants have horror stories about their time there.
