  I am going to truly missed this place. I was a resident here since 2022 and had to leave due to me needing a bigger space for my kids and me.But I’m grateful for the staff and Kasie working with me when I needed help with rental assistance while I was on maternity leave. It’s not a lot of places now that will work with residents. The apartments are nice for a person who is just starting out or need a new place. Thank you guys for everything ❤️❤️❤️

  I lived here 42 years ago! It was a great place to live way back then. They hosted an FAC every Friday and breakfast every Sunday. Nothing fancy. Just a cheese tray and crackers with boxed wine and a pony keg of beer on Fridays and pancakes & sausage or biscuit & gravy with juices and coffee on Sundays but it was a great way to get to know your neighbors and share a few laughs. It made for a great community back then.

  I don’t recommend living here. There were roaches a tone and not just in the apartments there were roaches roaming the damn apartment building it was absolutely disgusting to live in. on top of that they refused to do anything about it. Our ac unit broke many many times and there were times they would leave us hours with no air the apartment would get about 90 degrees and we physically had to leave for them to do something about the ac. They were also very rude and disrespectful when it came to asking for maintenance. The vending machines never work and the pool is never open. Till this day these people are still harassing us about that apartment since we moved. I don’t not recommend for the price they make u pay. Don’t reply with no fake response saying you didn’t know there were multiple times you guys ignored our work orders and calls.

  I would rate it 0 stars if I could! I do not recommend living here these people are rude and disrespectful!!! They never fixed my apartment. They left me and my family with a broken air conditioner for about a year and people had accidents from the water coming out of the air conditioning they do not care about the people who live there. They have roaches all over the place and don't do anything about it and plus the manager is really disrespectful and rude and they never have the pool open and the washers and dryers were never open they were always broken! Do better if you want people to live there
