  Moved here when we first got to AZ. Price point I thought was good, had very few issues with apartment, and had enough space. Many times some tenants let there dog take a dump anywhere and don't clean it up. It has been through 1 other owner and didnt have any issues during the transitions. Some times trash builds up quick depending on which one you near. The up kept is good and never had a bug issue.

  The Village Sereno manager is irresponsible, neglectful, incompetent, a liar, manipulative and lacks responsibility just to get future renters to sign a lease. After the lease is signed, you will see all of these characteristics in her. When she has you in her grip to get you to sign the lease, she acts like she's on top of everything when she's really not. She also tries to avoid showing you the unit so that she can get you to sign the lease first because the unit has so much damage and she thinks you can't do anything about it because you signed the lease. The Village Sereno community itself is NOT a nice community despite the model room and all the pictures online. The surrounding neighborhood is full of crime, theft, and drugs and they bring it into this community. There are police here watching the area at 11 PM to midnight. The manager leaves the backdoor gate unlocked at all times and doesn't give the renter's a key to it, basically allowing all forms of illegal activity into this community. Once a week she takes a day off or a couple hours and lies to you about why she wasn't there. She is also supposed to be working on Saturday but decided to make her own hours. All in all, do NOT rent at the Village Sereno Town Homes.
