  Unfortunately, the complex has declined since new management took over. While the property still looks visually appealing, safety concerns and cleanliness issues related to resident behavior are noticeable. The gate has been broken for months, and there have been reports of car break-ins and attempted break-ins. Posts on the resident portal appear heavily moderated or delayed, limiting timely communication, and management has issued notices acknowledging incidents in the area, raising concerns about access control and transparency. Additional issues include inconsistent valet trash service and pet waste. It’s disappointing to see these concerns persist, as the community has strong potential but needs more attentive management. Given the duration and nature of these issues, regional or corporate management review would help restore confidence in the community.

  I’m writing a review I was deeply disappointed and the apartment complex and management team. I was very excited to move in this apartment complex. I got approved and everything met ever requirement but due to one thing on my credit they sent my approval on a congratulations email I was so excited a week later I get a call from Arlenne T stating that I was no longer approved due to something being on my credit. I just wish they would’ve told me that sooner before they approved me. I just hope next time whoever is applying they do a full screening before sending the congratulations email and getting your hopes up and now you have to find somewhere else to stay, which I did overall I also stated to them that I do have issues with my credit, but I was willing to pay a higher security deposit. Also, I am also disabled and I had housing assistance through section 8 Glendale, housing I have good rental history everywhere else, but it’s a bummer they could do better, but the apartments are really nice.
