  This place is or was getting better until they just stoled my table this is the most embarrassing review this place just needs cameras to get this place straightened out if you need a table please leave a note I will respond back to it but don’t steal other people stuff an the circle k is not a safe place

  I really hope this place has changed with new management, which we had at least 3-4 different managers in the time I lived there. It’s started with misinformation about how much they charge for water which ended up adding anywhere from $150 to $200 to the already $1600 rent. Then on to the roaches (Combat Gel is the only thing to use to get rid of them). Next to a murder over drugs a few hundred yards from my patio. I heard the gun shots and hauled butt back inside. Then there was a teenager who was shot at, which those bullets went through my laundry room wall, into my Christmas items stored on the top shelf of the laundry room/storage unit. Last to a lovely eviction (which was my own fault, definitely not theirs) the sign put up by the constable was a red light to the junkies to break in a go through and steal my items, I scheduled a time to go back the next morning because I couldn’t wait for the cops to do a report because they had to locked up the apartment, when I come back the next morning, I wait at my door for someone to open it to find someone else broke in for a second time and was sleeping in my bed using my electric I hadn’t shut off yet (again my fault there) but so yeah, this is a long run on, but that is how it felt living there. I really hope whomever is in charge really takes a look at that place because it’s so frustrating when you’re led to believe a community is somewhat safe, yet things like above is not just a one off, I’m sure many tenants have horror stories about their time there.

  This is my first own apartment! Valerie Osorio and the office staff made sure they walked me through everything I needed to know and understand , even with a few complications I had in my personal life , they offered me resources and the staff were still able to help me get through it im very thankful for that.. im grateful for my new apartment and I love it!

  Where do I start? I found this complex on Facebook. The messages I have gotten from Valerie on Facebook was just above and beyond. She was even helping and assisting me on her day off which is rare. She walked me through the process. Help me figure out my computer glitches. Got everything done from start to finish. All the office staff in the front office are amazing. Hands down. I'm a very very picky person. I kind of like the finer things and when I seen this place my personal belongings it put the final touches onto my two bed two bath unit. Great prices. They have phenomenal deals all the time. Require with them to see what deals they have going on currently but once I was approved and it was super fast I was not even prepared how fast it was. The maintenance team is amazing. I had a couple minor issues. Nothing major at all. They came in fixed it 25 minutes after I put in the request. That is super fast. They are super attentive. They take care of their property. The grounds are spotless. It's super quiet. If you're looking for a drama-free quiet place and you have kids, they have a playground. It is so so nice. A pool or jacuzzi a gym, a basketball court, a dog park. Everything that you would look for in an apartment this place. Is it a fraction of the cost that you would pay for a high-end apartment? I can honestly say I'm shocked by what a great rent price they have because I'm telling you firsthand. I am a very very picky person and for this unit the way they do the upgrades and don't charge an arm and a leg is unheard of. It's amazing. Finally a place when you walk into the front office and walk the grounds and then walk into your apartment. It feels like home. I smile everyday. I am glad I found this place. I'm glad that they have assisted me. Belinda, Valerie and the other office people are just amazing. They address any issues that you may have and I don't have many at all and they go above and beyond. But please listen to me again. I'm a very picky person. I like the finer things and this place is it. It may not be a brand new complex, but they have put in the time the effort the work hours to make this place beautiful. Everyone is so friendly. They keep up on their property and I cannot stress enough. You would make a terrible decision by not renting here or calling them to do a walk-through. You have to see this place. Everything is close by fast food. The freeways the stores and the great part about it is you can walk to all these places from my front door to all the places that I would need to go. I do have a vehicle but I choose to walk because everything is a 2-minute walk. It's beautiful and I just want to thank the office staff from the bottom of my heart. They have exceeded my expectations above and beyond and I look forward to renting here for a long time. I can honestly now call this community my new home.. The office staff their behavior. Their attitude is so professional. They're down to earth and even when you're out walking your dog they all stop and acknowledge you and ask you how your day is. That's the best feeling in the world and I just want to say thank you to all of them. And lastly and again, everyone should inquire about renting here. This is the best place and I stand behind that..
