They left me and my family with a broken air conditioner for about a year and people had accidents from the water coming out of the air conditioning they do not care about the people who live there. They have roaches all over the place and don't do anything about it and plus the manager is really disrespectful and rude and they never have the pool open and the washers and dryers were never open they were always broken! Do better if you want people to live there
- DGDallan GalvezSep 8, 20251.0Bueno muy bonito a primera vista pero el trato bien malo ya q cuando vas a exigir tus derechos te tratan súper mal y al entregar el apartamento ponen mil escusa para devolver tus derechos depósito en fin no lo recomiendo para nada lástima q tengan trabajadores así ya q es un muy lindo condominio y cuando pides hablar con alguien más te sale la encargada q es más de lo mismo pongo mi ejemplo me cobraron 250 dólares porq una pequeña parte de la bañera perdió el color cosa q no es q se allá roto solo q se deterioró con el paso del año y eso fue el pretexto para no devolver dicho depósito pero no no es q no quieran devolverlo es q aparte te ponen a pagar por encima y para colmo te mandan para colexion por una bobería de dinero perjudicando a uno sin tomarse la molestia de una llamada de teléfono si ese verdad q me pasaron un correo cual no vi porq no estaba esperando tal inconveniente

- JWJimmy WilliamsSep 2, 20251.0I do not recommend these apartments they are riddled with roaches that not even a bug bomb will solve, in the state of Arizona if a apartment has to many bugs that’s it’s a health problem u can legally break lease and that’s what we did but they are still coming for us saying we brought the bugs and they sent a debt collection to try and get $8k out of us, I can promise u we did not bring the bugs I have a relative that lives at these apartments and he has bugs didn’t have bugs at the last apartment he lived in so I cannot stress this enough DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS
