  Mi experiencia no ha sido buena ya q me robaron un paquete y nunca apareció ni hicieron el intento de revisar las cámaras de seguridad,claro porque no fue dinero de su bolsillo tuve q pedirlo nuevamente…lo otro es q firmé el contrato por un precio y nunca pagas lo k es siempre terminas pagando mas aunk pagues los días 1ro

  I’m only giving it two stars because the people here are pretty decent. However the parking situation alone is a huge no. You do not want to move here unless you are a huge loner and will never have guests, which sucks seeing as it’s in a very social area. These apartments do not care to do parking audits. They use a third party app to rent you out a parking spot that will have a 99% chance that is already taken by someone who didn’t pay and who has probably been there for days. I’ve tried to talk abt this issue with leasing office and what a surprise “it’s not in their hands and they can’t do anything abt it because it’s a third party app “ so then what’s the point of reporting the issue …..This has happened to me multiple times and after 12hr shifts it really is frustrating having to pay for an already taken parking spot. Oh yea and not to mention you’ll end up walking the whole complex because of this issue. It’s not worth moving here at all.

  Bre, Hayden and the maintenance team have been awesome during the move in process. The apartment was in perfect condition at move in and they worked with me to get the best location for a garage. Looking forward to my new home!

  ZERO Stars!!! Employees TRASH! Apartments TRASH! Amenities TRASH!!! Save yourself a headache! Employees in the office have NO SENSE of anything! Can’t assist with ANYTHING! No education! No morals! No integrity!!!! Don’t rent from fools like this!! False advertisement. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Cheap, inconvenient, still can’t access the full building but paying full rent. Alarms hanging out of the walls in the hallways for three months now.. no one has taken any initiative to fix it. Pure slop job. Apartment is incomplete, garage is incomplete. “Under construction” sign has been plastered on the door for almost four months now and no one is constructing anything. $2100 + a month and you can’t even buzz in your company… lol a waste, smh a total unprofessional joke. Save your money people, go elsewhere.
