- XVXylia VillagranaOct 14, 20255.0My son and I have had a great experience. Miranda has been so wonderful since day 1. She has helped us so much! My son loved in back in August, had a few issues with the first apt, and that is where we met Miranda. Miranda listened to our concerns and immediately made everything right. She transferred my son to a better unit. Fast forward to October, my son, transferred to a one bedroom, and Miranda was there to assist us with it all. She is the absolute best with communication and providing a few options for us. Miranda is AMAZING at her job! I think she honestly deserves a promotion! She goes above and beyond!

There have been some issue with the guest parking which is an inconvenience in regards that it is all the same cars who stay parked there , overall it’s quiet and not to much to complain about ,no to mention the front ladies who were so nice and welcoming with the whole process especially Miranda. Super sweet and helpful through it all and got us in super quick!

Also, Mike one of the maintenance staff is friendly and helpful when it comes to anything apartment or garage related. Him and his staff do a great job with the upkeep of the property. I would highly recommend looking into Cuvee if you are interested in Luxury apartment living!
- EDEric DiazOct 10, 20255.0Great community. I’ve been a Pillar resident since 2018 in Chandler, I’ve transferred many times on-site and off-site with ease. Company standards are high compared to many competitors. Staff cares for you. Miranda, my leasing professional was just that, a professional with optimism, kindness and clearly cares about what she does. I’ve seen a couple of negative reviews here, but often times I take it with a grain of salt. Reviews can definitely be subjective so do not be discouraged to stop by a take a tour of this community. I suggest touring with Miranda or Bre, the community manager. Every staff member here is friendly and helpful. I am a stickler for cleanliness, Cuvee is always clean and well kept. Moved here in 2023 going on two years strong! One of the only communities in the areas with indoor climate control hallways and main building has elevators for easy accessibility and comfortably especially when it’s 117 outside haha. Overall 4.8 out of 5 stars for me
