- CRCharlize ReyesDec 9, 20255.0Moved in August so I’ll update when we move out but so far so good. Office staff is nice and answer the phone or will get back to me within the day if I call. Moving in was very quick and easy. Our unit was clean and good to go day of move in. We have had to have maintenance do a little work (laundry, bathtub etc) but it’s been pretty quick and easy for that as well. My husband & I work overnights so usually maintenance has to be scheduled in advance but that isn’t too bad. It’s not loud and not a lot of foot traffic really either. No bugs that we’ve seen so far. Only cons are the walls are pretty thin and you can hear the upstairs neighbors but it doesn’t bother us really. And people leave furniture and trash outside of the dumpster but again I don’t really care. For the price and location it’s definitely worth it.

- CCCraigoMyEggoSep 6, 20251.0terrible signage, whats the thought process behind putting only ONE SINGULAR buildings number sign on ONE SIDE of the building?? you're telling me in order to figure out which building is which I must walk all the way around each and every building to see which one I'm looking for??? "oh boy let me see what building I'm standing by, oh theres not a number on this side of the building to let me know what building it is, let me just walk around the the next side, ohh.. still no signage? ok maybe the next side will have some sort of signage... ohh.. only 1 out of 4 sides of the building has signage... how poorly designed this living space is.." what a disgrace.
- MVMariah VargasSep 3, 20251.0Living here wasn’t that bad overall just at the end of our lease when I had moved out when we were cleaning our apartment upstairs started leaking downstairs and the whole entire apartment pretty much flooded. I never got My pet deposit back even though I contacted the office. They said they had no proof of me even paying a pet deposit after I therefore show them proof that I paid it on my lease that it showed. They said they had to take it up with cam properties and then they wouldn’t know when they would get back to me. That’s already been three months ago I’ve been trying to get in contact since and nobody seems to be picking up the phone. Very unprofessional I would at least want a time estimate of when I could receive my deposit back because I left the apartment in perfect condition rather than it leaking from the floor above us, but that was nothing I could control. They always took very long to get their maintenance calls done just because they’re always shortstaffed.
