Cantala is an amazing property. Customer service is phenomenal. Iris is very professional and always has a smile on her face. Dora the property Manager is great and has a great vibe, and also the Maintenance staff Craig and Jose are very professional.

I cannot say enough good things about Iris and Dora at Cantala! I was in a tough spot and needed to move quickly, and they made the impossible happen—I was approved and moved in within just one day.
The customer service here is top-notch. They were both so professional, kind, and actually cared about getting me into my new home. The property itself is beautiful and so well-maintained, with a really peaceful vibe.
As for the apartment, it is stunning! Everything is newly renovated and modern—the quartz countertops, the wood-style flooring, and the open layout make it feel like true luxury. If you’re looking for a beautiful place with a management team that actually goes above and beyond for their residents, look no further than Cantala. Ask for Iris or Dora!

I would give 0 stars if I could!
The most crooked company out there, they raised my rent $200 when I renewed my lease with NO improvements, and charged me for basic wear and tear upon move-out.
The damages wouldn’t have happened if they didn’t cut corners with cheap materials…
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

My ex and I lived at Cantala for almost 4 years, and the experience was exhausting. During that time, management changed 17–18 times, which made communication and follow-through extremely difficult. Every time a new team took over, we had to start all over again because the new staff didn’t seem to have any record of what the previous team told us.
We also dealt with ongoing cockroach issues in multiple units we lived in. Pest control came out many times, but the problem never fully went away based on our experience. It was stressful trying to manage that while also keeping my young son’s space as clean and safe as possible.
Maintenance did what they could, but some of the bigger issues in our apartment were never fixed while we lived there. For example, after a pipe burst in the unit behind us, our bathroom cabinet was water-damaged for most of our time in that unit. Each management team we spoke to told us it would be addressed after we moved out as part of future renovations.
When we moved out, we were charged for several things we personally believed were normal wear and tear or pre-existing issues. Without a consistent management team or thorough pre-move-in documentation, it is hard to get clarity on what was actually tenant-related versus what had already been there.
If you do decide to move here, my best advice is to get everything in writing. With how often management changes, written communication is the only thing that stays consistent. But based on our experience, if you’re looking for stability, consistent communication, and clear follow-through, this might not be the right place.
