  Meets all of my expectations. Luxury spa and pool and let's not forget the layout. I chose the Tequila and I must absolutely say that I love my view and the tranquility that it brings. A 24 hr. gym access and prompt maintenance, what more can a girl ask for. I highly recommend!!

  My family and I recently moved here from out of state, and although the community seems very nice, our move-in day was a little more stressful than we hoped. We arrived right when the office opened so we could start unpacking early and settle in before picking up our daughter after her first day of school. The only thing that delayed us was the renter’s insurance verification. Our policy was already active and paid for, but the system took quite a while to recognize it. We were asked to call a third-party company and ended up waiting on hold for about 25 minutes, and after all that, they were able to manually verify it. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, but it did slow down the process during an already long day. I do want to highlight Joanna!! She was truly great throughout everything. She stayed in touch with us ahead of time to make sure we were set for our Monday move-in, and she was very kind and helpful. We really appreciated her communication our week prior to move in and during the holidays. She went above and beyond. Truly. One thing that surprised us is that the complex doesn’t include at least one complimentary carport. Everywhere we’ve lived previously has offered one assigned spot with the lease, with the option to pay for extras. Here, all carports require an additional fee, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the apartments are very nice, quiet, and maintenance is super fast too

  As if the location and complex itself wasn’t breathtaking in itself the staff is absolutely amazing. When I did a self tour maintenance was so nice and pleasant just in passing; when I did another tour of the tequila floor plan Joanna was so amazing, personable and honest about everything. Staff at a complex makes a huge difference and everyone I’ve come in contact with has been so kind and helpful and not just in a “I work here so I need to be nice” kind of way. I’m looking to make this place my home for the next few years and so far I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. With so many amazing things in close proximity this place really hits all the right spots.
