  Mi experiencia no ha sido buena ya q me robaron un paquete y nunca apareció ni hicieron el intento de revisar las cámaras de seguridad,claro porque no fue dinero de su bolsillo tuve q pedirlo nuevamente…lo otro es q firmé el contrato por un precio y nunca pagas lo k es siempre terminas pagando mas aunk pagues los días 1ro

  I’m only giving it two stars because the people here are pretty decent. However the parking situation alone is a huge no. You do not want to move here unless you are a huge loner and will never have guests, which sucks seeing as it’s in a very social area. These apartments do not care to do parking audits. They use a third party app to rent you out a parking spot that will have a 99% chance that is already taken by someone who didn’t pay and who has probably been there for days. I’ve tried to talk abt this issue with leasing office and what a surprise “it’s not in their hands and they can’t do anything abt it because it’s a third party app “ so then what’s the point of reporting the issue …..This has happened to me multiple times and after 12hr shifts it really is frustrating having to pay for an already taken parking spot. Oh yea and not to mention you’ll end up walking the whole complex because of this issue. It’s not worth moving here at all.

  Bre, Hayden and the maintenance team have been awesome during the move in process. The apartment was in perfect condition at move in and they worked with me to get the best location for a garage. Looking forward to my new home!

  My son and I have had a great experience. Miranda has been so wonderful since day 1. She has helped us so much! My son loved in back in August, had a few issues with the first apt, and that is where we met Miranda. Miranda listened to our concerns and immediately made everything right. She transferred my son to a better unit. Fast forward to October, my son, transferred to a one bedroom, and Miranda was there to assist us with it all. She is the absolute best with communication and providing a few options for us. Miranda is AMAZING at her job! I think she honestly deserves a promotion! She goes above and beyond!

  I’ve been living here for almost a month now and it’s was the best decision choosing to live here! There have been some issue with the guest parking which is an inconvenience in regards that it is all the same cars who stay parked there , overall it’s quiet and not to much to complain about ,no to mention the front ladies who were so nice and welcoming with the whole process especially Miranda. Super sweet and helpful through it all and got us in super quick!
