  The place it self is great. Granted I could pay less for a studio but I appreciate the amenities that are included. Yet, I’m still having an issue with getting a new mail key. I called at the beginning of January for a new key and was told the order was gonna be put in. I waited a bit over a week after and called to see if there was an update. Turns out the order was never put in at all and was told the same things as before that “it was going to be put in right now”. I said ok sounds good and waited a week and 6 days exactly. I went to go pay for my rent and asked about the key again, and was met with the same response. That they have to put in the order for it. It’s pretty frustrating to not have access to my mail and pretty bad for the most part because I could very well have important mail that I am not seeing and could have potential consequences if I don’t see that mail. I understand things get forgotten, but this is an apartment complex that is being run. All I ask as just for more communication and proper management of things that have to do with residents. Thank you.

  Still a current residente and the management is not efficient at all, the same with maintenance, I have done multiple reports for outage power problems and called multiple times to office management without being able to have hold of them, maintenance haven’t give me a solution, is been a week and I don’t have electricity but have to keep up paying the rent even though I have to find my ways to make my life work without electricity in my apartment and having to spend extra money because of a problem that management haven’t find a solution. maintenance said it was an srp problem when clearly it wasn’t. Not just an electrical problem but also liking problems in the ceiling that toke 2 months to get fix even tho I did the report multiple times. the apartments are not worth it for the price and the multiple inconveniences.

  Recently moved late December and I wanted to give special shoutout to Ashley who has been wonderful every time I met with her before moving in and after ! We’ve already been to a cookie decorating party at the club house and my kiddo met the grinch ! Looking forward to the next event hosted by connect on northern! Also give a thanks to the maintenance team they have been so quick and efficient when putting a request in. We are definitely enjoying our new home.
